  1. Did they just show clips of the original movie, or edit the original into a shortened version or was it a shortened remake?

The HK$800 million Tony Land and Studios will be built at Qiandao Lake in Hangzhou in mid-2018. It will be near the 390-hectare Shanghai Disneyland, which is due to open next year. The 65-year-old artist creator of the popular Oriental Heroes comic series signed an investment agreement with the Chun'an county government yesterday. Wong said the park will be a "boutique version" of Disneyland and Universal Studios. He will pay half of the construction costs, with the other half from a mystery source dubbed a "business secret." Wong expects 1.5 million to two million visitors each year to pay admission fees of between 100 yuan (HK$121) to 200 yuan per person generating up to 400 million yuan in revenue in the first year. Hongkongers will receive discounts, Wong said. The 14-hectare park will have three zones, namely Comic and Animation, Superstars, and Fantasy. The Comic zone will show creations of Hong Kong, mainland, Taiwan and Japanese comic artists. Scenes from movie classics, such as those from the Shaw Brothers Studio, may be seen in Superstars, and amusement rides will feature in Fantasy. Wong described Hangzhou as a beautiful place with a strong animation culture. Qiandao Lake attracts 10 million visitors a year. He even hopes to open a theme park in Hong Kong about two to three years after the Hangzhou one has opened.

  23. I imagine it's a number of factors. My first guess is "location, location, location." They wanted to add Delirium to Candy Apple Grove, and perhaps that was the ideal spot. Hurler is a bit isolated. Plus, it can't be cheap maintaining an aging Togo coaster. I also imagine that there are many in the general public that looked at Shockwave and just said "hell no". Some people won't ride anything with loops, others just never want to ride a stand-up. Most people will at least try a wooden coaster. Also, capacity certainly could have been an issue. People used to take a long time to load on Shockwave
  24. How ironic that they were last seen in Fresno?
