The trash can photos are easier on the eyes than Big Mike pictures. Nice of the giraffe to give you a Damp Wet Probiscus with the sneeze. -
I am going to assume that you are referring to the Best Western that has the attached Perkins Restaurant and is about a two minute drive to the Cedar Point Causeway. My bad, it was a HoJo - just corrected the original post

If not, they should be!

I've stayed at Breakers 3 times with no problems. Only other night in Sandusky was at a Howard Johnsons right near Breakers Express and it was dirty, expensive and cramped.

Find the stand that sells Beaver Tails (Fried Dough) and buy one with chocolate sauce. That is all you need to know.

I'll check around the web and see if lightning is in the area Here is a current forecast: Showers and thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be severe with large hail and damaging winds and humid with highs in the upper 80s. Southwest winds 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 80 percent -

Well if there is impending lightning in the area, versus just impending rain, most parks will take extra precautions. Lightning travels pretty fast, like at the speed of light you know, so many parks won't take chances. They want to clear the queue (full of metal switchbacks) as lightning will be attracted to large metal structures (like coasters). Electrocuted patrons don't equate to good service -

Kingda Ka Closed for Maintenance
larrygator replied to PKI Jizzman's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^smart move ginzo. I usually only spend a couple of hours at the park when it opens or at the close. On Saturday, lines were minimal from opening at 10-12:30 and I got 7 El Toros, 2 Ntiros and a Skull Mountain in the last row -

Everyone on the trip owes Dave Thomas a big thanks for Elissa bingo. All Hail, Dave Thomas. Big Mike - maybe if you weren't so fugly there would be more pictures of you. -
In terms of price - No place in the park. There is a WaWa convenience store that makes decent priced sandwiches less than a mile from the park. In terms of Quality - Nathan's or a Fried Turkey Leg (both in the Boardwalk area)
-
^Yes, S:UF will generally have the next longest queue (after Et and KK), so that would be a good idea

Both factors contribute to great rides at night. Most wooden coasters tend to run better later in the day. -

Troy>Rumbler (Slightly) I like Rumbler, but still think Beech Bend is a hole. There are more than 10 people in the shots. As someone else said there is not a pack of 100 going around the park. People tend to break into smaller groups of 10 people or less and wander around the park. Bus, ERT and meals and sometimes to only time to whole group is together. Sure people could hang around Robb and Elissa and pester them all day to get into pictures on a stupid website, but I think people who invested thousands of $ would rather get as many rides in as possible. I don't think I've seen the Johnson in a picture yet. Are they still alive or did they kill themselves trying to handle a bus by themselves? I don't want to bring Yodels and Devil Dogs to Pittsburgh in vain.
