Also only a 10 minute walk from BPB is South Pier (where you pay by the ride) which has an insanely great "Waltzer" and very good BreakDance.

The whole Michael thing is strange. I'm not sure how he ended up on the ship. If the ship just picked him up out of the water you would have to think they would suspect him of the sabotage. And then where is Walt? Oh no I sound like Michael It is feasible that the two of them made it back to land then Michael joined the crew (as a favor to Ben), but that would mean he left Walt again which he said he would never do. Or Walt was abducted on the outside world and Michael needs to help Ben to save Walt. Michael could be a double agent working against Ben without Ben knowing, but then who sabotaged the ship. DO NOT TRUST THE CAPTAIN - I found the captain to be the most straight forward character ever seen on LOST.

^Don't you think it is possible that Sun is crying because she knows that the man she loves, the father of her baby is alive but she can never see him again? I guess we will have to keep watching to find out for sure.
-
Jin did tell Sun he would do anything for the baby, so maybe he is still on the island. He had to stay to let her go. Something caused the woman on the boat, Regina, to start going blind. hmmmm!

^True - this is not a simple issue and I should not have tried to express it in simplistic terms. You are 100% correct, Wes. Also, this is a much better argument than "they can't do this". However, harassment and bullying are not protected forms of speech. And that was the genesis for the formation of this ill conceived attempt at legislature. Throw in states rights along each nation's sovereignty and any legislation of the internet (which is not only national but international) practice becomes grey area. 2008 Six Flags Souvenir Cup Policy
larrygator replied to trek's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
As I stated before I like the change, even though in the past I have carried around one of my 3 refillable cup (bought over the past 5 years) throughout the season to various SF parks. As to why people drink so much of these beverages. Personally, I used to get one refill a day. However, due to dehydration problems I started experiencing last year I began getting two refills each day (usually Lemonade) last season. Living in New York Cty, I am accustomed to the greatest tap water in the world and don't like the taste of tap water outside of New York City. Especially, when New Jersey tap water is the choice at SFGAdv. If there was a Six Flags on the moon I would probably pack light and not bring my souvenir cup on the trip. -

It's called accountability, an ethos that great societies and institutions are built upon. -

^^Jay your thinking is the same as mine. I think the other area where this plays out is spam. Yes, we have great mods here who make it disappear, but posting some of the x-rated spam here is actually a criminal offense (by the posters) in some states/municipalities. I probably should not have used TPR as an example because I think Robb captures user info in the registration process. Um...What if someone has a grudge against a site owner? He can just go post a million anonymous posts on the poor guy's site, and it's the LATTER guy who has to pay for it? That doesn't make sense at all. Mind you, I'm basing this off of your comment - I didn't read the actual article, so maybe I'm missing something... If the site implements a polcy that you can not post unless you are registered the problem is solved. Part of the registratin process is providing the proper information. The bigger problem is how to stop people from registering fake "real" names. I agree that there needs to be more transparency in who is posting, but also don't see how anyone can be forced to register with their real name. -

^Please read posts in their totality before responding. The original post is 5 sentences long and easy to comprehend. The website where the anonymous post appears would be fined not the poster. For example: if an anonymous poster posts on TPR, Robb would be fined not the poster. For the record, I think it makes perfect sense for people to not hide their real identities. -
Have all of the Oceanic 6 that have been announced to date seen apparitions on the island that might be the smoke monster: Jack - his father Kate - the Black Stallion Hurley - his friend from the pysch ward, Jacob's cabin Sayid - did he see Walt or was it just Shannon that saw him If that is the case I would have to predict Locke will be one of the remaining Oceanic 6 as he saw Jacob, the cabin and Walt Can anyone recall another Lostie who has seen an apparition on the island?

It is a necessary policy that would have helped Six Flags bottom line if they had implemented and followed it the past dozen years. -

That's like the mother of all foolish pier-based amusement park opinions. -
One more thing I just remembered about the epsiode. It was clarified that Ben did not know who was on the plane before in crash landed, although Jacob may have known and chosen the passengers on Oceanic 815, Ben did not know. The others found out who was on the plane after it went down, Ben was shocked to find out that a surgeon who could him was on the plane.

I was abducted by aliens while tobogganing back in 1983. It was very weird.
-
Oh I hear you, it is almost impossible to remember everything that has happened in the series and still conduct a real life. I had completely forgot they Juliet and Goodwin had something going on until they showed him hitting on her. I told my friend and his wife as we were watching last night and they said I was misremembering. It is great that they bring back snippets from past seasons to continue to tie together loose ends.
-
^^Actually the Godwyn/Juliet romance was shown previously in flashbacks. I wish we got a better view of the Charlotte/Juliet catfight. What I don't understand is if Michael is the Ben's man on the boat (which seems to be the prevailing thought) why don't the freighter people suspect him of sabotaging the communications room. Also, when Desmond had to pick a constant he could have made it a lot easier choosing Daniel. I mean Daniel took the easy way out picking Desmond. Overall another great episode and they say the rest of the Oceanic 6 will be revealed next week.

Theme Park Review's 2008 Europe Trip
larrygator replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
You might want to check with Robb and Elissa before you assume you can attend ERT sessions. They have addressed this many times before. ERT is for the Trip participants only since they are paying for the sessions. -
