^Actually, I tip my hat to him. He really hit the ground running as the new GM. I don't know anything about future attractions, but subtle things like soft closes for attractions during Haunt (All rides now close with the park, instead of "this attraction will close at"), designating Ride Operators and Ride shiftleaders to continuosly monitor/clean queues, modifying and enforcing costuming/grooming guidelines. At least to me, it seems like Raffi is raising, or at least attempting to raise the bar for all employees and bring the park to a standard we all complain that it should be.

The 2015-16 NBA Season

^You'd have to replace alot (and I mean alot) of the current WNBA roster to pull off lingerie basketball. Most of the current women playing in the WNBA would look like Tyrone Hill wearing lace panties -

All I'm saying is, won't somebody please think of Latrell Sprewell's kids?!?! They can't eat off 5 million a year... -
I'd have to say that HHN is by far better organized and presented than Haunt...but as to which one is better? I think it comes down to personal preference. I would say that Knott's can afford to reasses their event, and focus on the quality of their mazes more than the quantity of them. Why have 13 good mazes whn you can have 7 GREAT mazes? I look at things like that when comparing Universal's event to Knotts'.

Fell across two gems of Will-I-Am's...If you're a fan of BEP when they where more of a hip-hop driven band(you can say they still are now, and I'd call you a liar). Here's a few songs from each. They're both moreso collabrative albums showcasing other artists' vocal talents, but he handled the production....which from the sound, seems like Will at his Hip-Hop/Soul peak. "Lay Me Down" Feat. Terry Dexter, from the album Lost Change 2001 "Swing By My Way" Feat John Legend, from the album Must B. 21 2003 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvhVZ1cDOvo

Hmm...I really would love to see basketball this year, but in the same token, I don't think the league should have a hard cap...It's easier to sell professional basketball in a town like Los Angeles or New York, than it is in a town like Oklahoma City or Denver. I'd say the best way to look it is, to run a sucessful franchise in the NBA, you'd have to charge what L.A. or New York or Chicago charges for that product. That in turn, if the money generated is allocated properly, will enhance that product. Can you charge fans in Milwaukee what fans in L.A. pay for Lakers tickets? You could, but you wouldn't get too many sell-outs. I say if a team is in a town that it isn't profitable, it shouldn't be there. I would imagine the OKC Thunder generated more revenue in Seattle. (This is clearly a speculatory example) If The SuperSonics made a profit, move to OKC due to the owner not getting his way wanting the city to build a new stadium, and ends up taking a loss in the move, why should the difference be made through the players? I'll be watching this very closely... we'll see what happens. -
Personally, I'd say...Do what you feel will suit you best. I will admit that the living expenses in Southern California are steep, but millions find a way to make ends meet. So if finances are not your main concern (though I do say you keep it in the top three) then give it a shot. I've been to other parts of the U.S. (including Ohio) and I'd say if you have the opportunity to live here, go for it. Besides, the cost of living in Los Angeles county is substantially cheaper than that of Orange county due to slightly higher per capita income. Not saying you should, but if you really want to do it, come on out, and find a roommate in Long Beach.
