  1. Glad I could help out with your photo TR, Lou. Great TR you're sharing with everybody. And... I miss Japan, too.
  2. ^ And now there's Spam LITE!
  3. Congratulations on the film's nominations, including your screenplay nom. "Juno" is wonderful - we saw it just after Christmas - and it's great that the Academy really appears to be seeking out good films like this, to honor. Go - Juno - Go!
  4. Sad to find out. Forever in our hearts, for "Brokeback Mountain."
  5. This was probably one of our "bonus parks" on the Europe tour...
  6. Now that the "ugly couple" finally got eliminated, we're happy with all three couples who made it to the finals. We don't really have a preference for one couple over the other, they've all been good competitors and not too annoying, continually. It'd be cool if they all arrived EXACTLY the same time - and then all held hands and jumped together onto the final arrival mat! Won't happen, but it would be a great end to this one, if it did.
  7. Bump. Well, it ends tonight. Please place your bets, lol.
  8. ^ When a few of us were about to leave Tokyo Disneyland, I saw a man dressed up in total gold and silvery reflective material, and almost looked like he was representing (I thought) a mirror ball in a Disney film! I was close. Turns out (we found out through asking) he was dressed as the chandelier in "Beauty and The Beast" in the ballroom scene where main song is sung by Angela Lansbury (as her character, Mrs. Potts). You never knew with some of these costumes, heh heh. But it was really great when there were one or two (like these) that you had to think about, and figure out.
  9. ^^ Something to check out on your next visit there, Chuck.
  10. "I'm Alive" from the original broadway cast CD of XANADU Seriously.
  11. I don't even have a web page or site or blog, or anything.... But somehow, my name is worth... $78! Whatta deal, huh?
  12. Happy B Mister A
  13. A can of Labatt's Blue. Actually a few - they were all good.
  14. Just got my copy of Entertainment Weekly with the cover story on LOST and an interview with Matthew Fox, if any of you need more to know about Season 4, that last Season Finale, etc. It's dated January 11 - Issue #973 "Winter TV Preview" (hah - Go Writers Go!). Fox is on the cover.
  15. Great TR, Peter. And I am still sooooooo sad I didn't add-on Korea. Your night shots are really nice. Of course, I also enjoyed a lot of the Disney Resort parks photos you took, lol. And I'm glad you found something to do on that fourth day of (some of) our TDR passes, heh heh. Great to do some of the touring with you, and I hope we get to do it again in a future TPR tour, okay?
  16. That is amazing. I am so *(#%^* I live so far away. Have a great time doing (and seeing) everything, all of you who get to do this!
  17. ^ Very nice shots. The indoor photos are especially nice. I can't wait to go through this ToT and experience it for myself. Thankyou for sharing your most recent photos. They're great!
  18. No. Do you have a garden?
  19. So sad they got eliminated. And frustrating to see, that they picked the wrong couple to "U-turn". Oh well, on it goes. (Happy New Year, all you TPRers!)
  20. We're not at midnight, just yet. In our time zone, lol. But in the meantime... *HAPPY*NEW*YEAR*, TPRers!
  21. I miss all the skyrides and other ariel transport.... stuff. Am glad I did get to ride some of them in the mid-70s and 80s, etc. Till they were all (mostly) taken down due to "stronger winds", low capacity, cost of upkeep, etc. Whatever. I miss them. This is an amazing look back, Shane. HAPPY NEW YEAR, TPRers!
  22. My oops. Sorry, printersdevil78. And sorry also, Shane Too much of these great nostalgia postings are starting to make me whistful about past decades... and forgetful about which thread I am reading, posted by.... Thanks for sharing this.
  23. I had totally forgotten what was in Magic Mountain! Before Volcanoe! Wow. That is a great set of flyers and information, Shane. Is most/all of your collection in folders or envelopes or...? I am just curious. My humble little collection is all over the house, but in a box here and there, lol. And mine is nowhere even close to the size of what I've been seeing, that you have posted. Awesome bunch of stuff. Looking forward to more and more and...
  24. I love how the chairs are individually gift-wrapped. And with a bow, too! Great TR so far, Lou.
