  1. ^ Yes I agree. And this was supposed to be (what I've read) The First Euro Fighter. That said, after this one and all it's colourful track - suddenly EFs went "dark" in theme and paint scheme and a similar track layout, set for several. Most of them, from what I have seen, and ridden. There are some exceptions of course. Rage (England), a clone design; and Speed (Wales) an original design, come to mind. But still... so colourful it was!
  2. Wow. A really amazing "digest version" of the tour David. Really first rate! I loved it. And that is MY ARM in the back of that Tagada! This is it - and there I am in back, hanging on for dear life, LOL
  3. ^ A wonderful artist. Always remember and loved his iconic covers.
  4. Japan & Universal/Disney/Fuji-Q = Awesome on STEROIDS
  5. ^ It was really fun to ride, and after so many years it still (IMHO) really ran smooth, from what I remember in the '09 Tour. 2009 - Bon Bon Land - Walking towards that luscious looking Euro Fighter. (o:
  6. "Man Up" (Act 1 Finale) from The Book of Mormon. 'Nough said.
  7. I'm glad I got to ride Blue Fall before my age started to cause....uh.... me a problem here and there. It's a RUSH!
  8. "The Grass is Always Greener" by Kander & Ebb - from the musical "Woman of The Year" Sung by Marilyn Cooper and Lauren Bacall. What the old LP looked like.
  9. ^ The description of the (outside, yes?) Garden of Wonders area sounds just as cool as the main attraction, itself!
  10. ^ I will be glad to help. What a great commercial that was! Very cool. Can't wait for......next year's summer, woo hoo!
  11. ^ It's great, that coaster. And, even better - it's in BON BON LAND! (home of Dog Fart Coaster)
  12. It was raining at Farup Sommerland, where we rode Lynet and Falken in '09, Dave. Power Park, Thunderbird, our mini-Grand Prix were all ridden in good weather. (And I do hope TPR gets to go back to Power Park.....some day.)
  13. Crouch. Climb. Conquer. Comfortably.
  14. My home park, PLAYLAND, has always looked as though it was a total midway setup, able to pick up and leave for the next town. Except we do have a fairly grounded wooden coaster there LOL. But also with the gawdawful alsphalt to walk around on, with minimum shade, if that, from the arcade overhang. Woo hoo. When I go to theme parks like Disney, Universal, and even the Chinese Happy Valley chain we visited last fall, I really enjoy how they try and blend everything into something thematically cohesive. Not really that easy to do, hmm? And Disney has been doing it since the original Anaheim park opened. Theme Parks. All the way. GO TOKYO DISNEY SEA! What I gots. What I wants.
  15. "Public Relations" from the SMASH production of "BOMBSHELL"
  16. the magnificent Jesse Norman is singing an incredibly moving aria, recorded decades ago. on the radio. timely, with this death and destruction. and so moving.

  18. um... a theme park 'drama' ? Would rather (hope) it be a comedy, instead.
  19. It Happens All The Time - Megan Hilty
  20. ^ Sweet dreams, Songbird of Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. She will be missed, especially in Canada.
  21. ^ Great! I hope you are lucky with a soft opening, and I will think Good Thoughts for your success!
  22. Has anybody over there, been through MM yet? In one of the cast member soft openings? As you can see - I am very patient
  23. Damn, that was a good meal! As soon as we figured out how to share everything, lol.
  24. ^ Too too many, in such a short period of time. Chi Cheng and Winters were the most recent passings I heard about.
