  1. Now available in HKDL... Hot chocolate with a churro. Yum! And only $52! (o;
  2. ^ Honestly, I have no idea about this. I do know it's a local thing which supports the whole resort. They have a similar thing with a show in Tomorrowland that has been running for several years. You show up, show your pass and get a chance to see the show at particular performances. It's a Japanese thing, is all I can make of it.
  3. ^ Well I definitely feel our local (Playland) Haunted Mansion could do with a nice Sally Corp. make over, lol.* *When I win the lottery! It's still a great walk-through, but a Sally Corp. make over would make it more awesome!
  4. The spinning garlic bulbs have been on my bucket list for years!
  5. False. The person below me, has indoor plants in their home.
  6. Coke. In a spoon. I - Am - Kidding!
  7. People need to be allowed to write or draw, commentary on what is happening, day to day... ...without being killed for it. Je Suis France.
  8. ^^ Yes it would! and ^ If the paint job is done right, you'd see it while riding the coaster, I bet.
  9. C: Cinderella
  10. Yesterday. It was a glazed croissant donut with chocolate drizzled on it. When was the last time you had a milkshake?
  11. ^ Maybe there should be a Start Up thing, or whatever they call it online, to raise funds to buy pavement paint and hire an artist? And give me an overhead view of the coaster and the parking lot, and I will design something ScreamPunk around it, lol!
  12. The Calgary park turned into a profit for them as it's used year round for other Olympic world participants, and then they figured out how to get a tourist attraction in, as well. Win-Win!
  13. ^^ When Colossus opened, the www didn't exist. So we accepted it, rode the coaster and that was that. Only now when opinion and criticism are more rampant and more immediate around the electronic world... We're just starting to see all those parking lot lines, lol. It's still sad, that they never really considered doing anything below the coaster, once they built it.
  14. ^ Envy you. We actually met John when he was here for one of our queer film festivals, and he was at it to talk about his recently opened film "Short Bus". But he fielded a TON of questions about "Hedwig", and was really cool to give us more insight into the creation of it, etc. I would love to see him live, doing Hedwig. We got our annual Broadway Across Canada notice, on the 2015-16 season... The Lion King - seen it twice now, with tours. Another viewing will be fine. Once - the one I am really looking forward to, of the three offered. Dirty Dancing - this is like what Flashdance was to me, this past season. I knew a bit about the musical, but not much. Then we saw it - and I went 'meh'. Hoping that this one is not like that one, to me. There's an add-on of a tour of Mama Mia! to be had, but I am passing on that. I like the cd of the orig.London musical, but don't want it to turn into a "sing along" if what I think, happens when people see this musical. Of course, the upcoming Book of Mormon may have that happen. "Hasa Diga", indeed.
  15. yes, that would be very cool! This is what I meant by Paint - The - Pavement. Hire a professional artist(s) to first ride the coaster and figure out spots for Steampunk 3D art. Close the thing down for the time it takes to paint it, then open with the new theme! Easy! And where the fences are could be steampunk walls and even giant machinery in turn around spots etc. EDIT to add: And from what I know, this could definitely be a First for any coaster, yes? And the resulting rider publicity on PunkScream may actually out-PR Twisted Colossus!
  16. They aired the trailer with the premier of Marvel's Agent Carter, on tv the other night. Actually, I think I enjoyed the trailer more than Agent Carter, itself.
  17. ^ Never say never. It took me until I was into my 50's to go there, with TPR's help. But I did it. And I have now been to Japan four times!
  18. ^ Well, whether they do that or not, you know TDL will make it awesome!
  19. Is this Sally Corp.'s first ever walk through project, or have they done others? Every time the name Sally Corp. comes up, it's usually for a dark ride attraction. Just curious.
  20. ^^ This is great! I will be at the park on Friday, Sept.11 (or Saturday, Sept.12, depending on their upcoming schedule) so their Oktoberfest should be (hopeful) rawkin' by then. Awesome! EDIT to Add: I will be at the park either the Sat.or the Sunday (13) now, whichever day is (hopeful) less busy, as the park won't be open on Sept.11th.
  21. ^ Yeah that was pretty wierd, having to wear those "head protectors" on this "extended Toboggan". I don't think it made any difference at all, especially in protecting the rest of my body, lol. I loved how the video ended, with Vortex, my first ever standing coaster. Great mess of stuff, Robb. Looking forward to another video mashup.
