I agree, hyper will definitely get me to visit more. Plus Carowinds needs a true signature attraction.

I have GCIs have great airtime. Personally I would love to see better wood at Carowinds. Thunder Road is good, and Hurler is ok but its way too rough. I would love to see a twisting layout. I do not care if it has no airtime, at least its something freaking new. I would prefer steel, come on Cedar Fair bring us that hyper under the bridge. But if it was wood I would not mind.

Carowinds Please just add something to the rides section. Make the new wave pool something I can actually look forward to. Please improve the food, lower your prices, and don't tell me your giving me a milkshake if just pour frozen yogurt in the cup. RETRACK HURLER! Teach the employees to simile. For 2009: ADD THE DAMN HYPER!

I could understand if they changed the name to the Crypt if it was the other one at King's Island ( I think ) because thats enclosed. Is not this one outdoors? What would it have to do with a Crypt? I like the name though.

btw got the name wrong, Reggae River Falls not rapids I could definitely see a couple of water rides being added next. A water park would be a great idea also, the only competition they would have would be Myrtle Waves and Family Kingdom's water park. I think the flat could be a drop tower. Then the next coaster should be a woodie, alot of people have been wanting one.

Lots of people thought that Reggae River Rapids ( I think thats the name) , their water play structure, were going to be rapids lol But I could definitely see rapids as a part of an expansion later on.

Arrows are kind of rough but not that bad, I love Arrows very much. Vekoma is way rougher, BORG at Carowinds is very rough to me some times, so is their Kiddie Coaster Runaway Reptar. There are some Vekomas have ridden that weren't very rough to me, The Great Nor'Easter at Morey's Piers.

My home park is Carowinds, Top Gun: the Jet Coaster all the way!

I just got mine for Christmas, and I love it! Too bad my friend has my only game I had for it, so I have to play Wii Sports for 20 hours, but hey nothing wrong with that.

I have no clue, but the most problems I have been hearing about is Rockin' Space Mountain, the speakers are blowing out because of the music, so I have heard. I have not heard any problems really about California Screamin' till now.

I may purchase a chain pass next year, but I do not know. I bought a Maxx Pass last year, and only used it at Carowinds. I guess that or a Hard Rock Park pass, I MAY ACTUALLY HAVE TO GET A JOB!

I have to go here one time, I have heard great stories, and the place looks amazing. I have never really been to a decent water park except Myrtle Waves.

This is a tough one, its has to be the Phantom Flyers at Carowinds, god what a great time!

I do not know about a Wiggles world, because of the new Thomas Town area, but hey it could be possible.

I have heard many times the best coaster in the world is Superman Ride of Steel at SFNE, I hear that all the time. I do not know what the best coaster in the world is because, well I have not discovered it yet, or just have not ridden it yet.

Great pictures! It is really interesting to see these parks in some of their older days. I had no clue Kings Dominion ever had a dolphin show ....
