Even some of the little things they do make a difference. Things like requiring you to buy a new souvenir bottle every year. I noticed this year that my Six Flags Over Texas Goldpass benefits went down. They give you only one unrestricted bring a friend free pass instead of the two we had last year. The 25% for food and merchandise went down to 15%.

I love TTD, but I will go with Maverick. The first drop looks small but packs a hell of a punch. Just alot of fun right smack dab by the lake which makes it even better.

It really peeves me when they fill your freakin' fountain drink to high, and it comes out the top of the straw hole, and gets all over you, your car, etc...GRRR Damn You Sonic, now I have Cherry Limeade all over my truck!!

I don't do to good on rides like the teacups or tilt a whirls. The closest I got to getting sick was on the spider. My friend and I were at a small town fair, we were the only two on the thing, the ride op freaky carnie dude left us on the ride and walked away. We were going around for like 10 minutes. OMG..we both must have been 10 different shades of green when we finally got off. Needless to say, I don't ride any more spider rides.!!

I remember that park. I was there one time. That day the looping waterslide wasn't open. It wasn't to long after that I heard they shut the slide down because they had a some minor injuries here and there, and something about light weight people getting stuck in the loop. I remember the water in that park was unbelievably cold, BRR. I'm shivering just thinking about it. As for being scared on slides, not really! I do remember before Wet-n-Wild(Arlington) was made a Hurricane Harbor they had a slide called "Bombay". They had a bomb themed chute device at the top of the 6 story slide. You got in, and they shut the door. The anticipation is what killed ya. Ha, not knowing when they were gonna drop you. It made it exciting. The slide is still there, but not the bomb chute, I think it's called Geronimo now.

I was hooked back in the mid 80's. My homepark was KD at the time. I lived in Ashland and I was only about 7-8 miles from the park. I think my Mom had a big thing to do with me really getting hooked. She and I would go and ride like crazy. I can remember when the King Kobra was there we would get on and off like a million times. She was just like a kid, we'd run like crazy to get back on. I remember when they put Shockwave in back in 1986, I was so nervous, I paced around by that thing for about an hour before I got on. I loved it, after that is when my addiction really began. The summers my mom would drop us off and we would spend the day. Man those memories are some of the best. Thats why KD holds a very special place in my heart.

Ha, I agree with you. Man it irritates me to no end when they have the best spot in the parking garage at work, and there is more bikes down a few more spots..whom also have a good spot. Such a waste of a good space. They really need an area just designated to motorcycles. Other things that irritate me: Tailgaters People who walk on my heals or stand really close to me while I'm in line at the store or for a ride. Jeez, back the hell up, do u really need to be up my ass?? People on the cell phone while driving. They are all over weeving and going like 40 in a 70. I don't know how many times I have almost hit some one. They are uttery oblivious to anything going on around them. Parents who let their kids run out of control in the store, or other public places. They are so consumed by whatever they are doing have no idea thier kid is 10 aisles over tearing up something. Then if their kid gets kidnapped they wonder why. Gee..go figure!!
