Did we even have a winter? It's hitting 45 here in Cleveland today. That is not winter.

For as much as I hate to say this, I'd say Conneaut Lake Park. Before last summer, I would not have said that, though. Last summer CLP was just, sad. half the rides were broke, and when you only have 12 rides to begin with, that seriously ins't good. The Park looked dirty, unkept. Sure, I know the park is broke. I keep hoping for something good to happen, but doubt it at the same time. At least I've got good memories of when the park was doing good.

My fondest park memories were from Euclid Beach with my mom and dad. My mom would take me on the Thriller, Racing Coaster and Flying Turns. My dad would take me on the Bug, FlyingScooters and other flats. We'd go there about 5 times a summer. They'd walk me up to Laughing Sal, and i'd freak out. Hard to believe that was like 36 yrs ago. I can still smell that park when i think about it. The TAffy, Custard, popcorn balls, mixed with the electric smell of the Dodgems.

Bigger Fence? I'm surprised they didn't surround it with another Great Wall of china.
