because of russia has some problems with the ukrainia, which didn´t pay their gas, the russians just stopped to pump gas in the pipelines that crosses ukrainia on it´s way to europe. so in the last week, the gas-prices jumped from 1,06 euro/liter up to 1,19 euro/liter today!

...don´t underrate this dish! if it´s really fresh octopus meat (and i really believe it is in japan), sliced really thin and marinated with a spicy sauce, then it tastes really awesome. you can compare the taste to sushi without the rice.
