  1. Going thru the Customs line is inevitable. There are some tricks to bypassing part of the line, but you can't avoid Customs altogether. The best you can do is to go on a weekday, and other less busy times.
  2. I finally got 2 Las Vegas credits this past week, Manhattan Express and Speed: The Ride. I already had Canyon Blaster, and I never got High Roller. I'm not enough of a whore to get the kiddie ones. However, I think Southern Nevada's best is still Desperado, a credit I already had, but we rode it 4 times...the others just once each.
  3. Oh, man, I'd loved this one. I can't tell you how many times I've been to Tijuana for one hour or less, and it was never to get the credits! Sildenafil, right, if only that!
  4. That might be the greatest find in TPR history. I mean it! This proves it wasn't just a model. I am amazed, if only there was video of it too.
  5. Eejanaika's trains have many holes cut out as well, but they're BLACK! Just picture this train without the fiberglass rack covers, and doesn't it look SWEET?
  6. In 1978, Colossus was very thrilling, but brutal. It actually caused a fatality. It was smoothed out a little by Six Flags in 1979, the year they took ownership.
  7. Shane already had posted a great comparison pic of the speed bump after the 2nd drop: The comparison of the double up right after that (going into the 2nd turnaround) can be seen here, but it's hard to tell exactly what was done since the angles are different:
  8. Now someone just needs to do a Photo TR of a Scientologist convention.
  9. You gotta give yourself to Flight Deck, brah! Have you accepted Flight Deck as your Lord and Saviour?
  10. They say X2 will have a much greater capacity than X, but even X never operated at its full, theoretical capacity. Full capacity mode, I'm assuming, would involve one train between the lift hill and brake run, one unloading, and one loading. Hopefully they will do it right and not let capacity go well under 1000 per hour. Remember, a one train operation with 6 minute dispatches means a capacity of 280 per hour! 280!
  11. I think it was nice of Emily to post that here. She did that solely for our benefit, since it wouldn't really put any extra cash in her pocket whether we stayed there or not.
  12. Dislike of Lazenby is not universal! I think he had charm as Bond, which, for instance, Dalton totally lacked.
  13. BeemerBoy wrote: As long as Bond is not drinking a Heineken or driving a BMW I'm okay. I keeeeed...I know you weren't referring to BMWs.
  14. In the UK it would be called "Reheat."
  15. Remember, Jay Thomas used to be at SFKK. He probably had something to do with Deluge opening there, so I'd say that makes the odds of getting Deluge at SFMM's HH a little better!
