  1. I still play mine but it seems that everytime I am on, no one else is. Also for anyone that is interested, until July 29 you can go to Toys R Us and they have special Mario themed downloads for Animal Crossing. I will be going there to check this out. Hopefully there is some neat stuff to get
  2. I think this is a great idea, Soren. I love staying onsite and my favorite is Port Orleans French Quarter (which I will be staying at in January). I look forward to seeing more
  3. I also saw Pirates and loved it. I thought it was just as good as the first one. ^Wall Street Journal reported that they filmed some of the scenes for the 3rd movie while doing the 2nd. They are suppose to continue filming in the next couple of months and hope to release it in the summer of 07. I can't wait to see it.
  4. Nothing is better than Tower of Terror (MGM). Not only is it the best non coaster ride but it's themed to my favorite tv show
  5. I hardly ever start a conversation with someone. I will respond to people when they talk to me and for some reason people love to talk to me at parks Personally I like to just listen to other people making fools of themselves because they think they know what they're talking about when they have absolutely no clue.
  6. My first coaster was Screamin Eagle at SFStL. I was 10 years old.
  7. Silver Dollar City is one of the best parks for food in my opinion. I have liked pretty much everything that I have tried there. Some of my favorite things there are the blueberry muffins and their homemade cinnamon ice cream. I also had some good food while I was at Disney World. I liked the food in the World Showcase part of Epcot. I loved Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney and had the best best banana stuffed french toast with strawberry banana sauce at the restuarant in Port Orleans Riverside. Holiday World is pretty good also.
  8. Great pictures. I have enjoyed your trip report so far. I'm glad to see that you enjoyed your time in Branson. In my opinion, Branson is a wonderful place. The Branson Belle is one of my favorites also. In fact I just did it in April. The singers put on a good show but I really enjoyed the comedian (Todd Oliver). Was he there for your show?
  9. I enjoyed the photos & video. It looks like everyone had a great time. I wish I could have been there.
  10. Here are some pictures from the Grand Exposition area that recently opened:
  11. Well, I had some vacation time last week so I decided to head down to Silver Dollar City for a couple of days with my fiance. We left on Wendesday (4/26) morning and arrived in Branson around 8am. After stopping to get something to eat we got to the park about an hour later. The parking lot was empty and it only took a few minutes to get our season passes done. We then headed on in and did some shopping. One thing that i really like about SDC is that if you show up early there is stuff to do. The World Fest was going on while we were there and they had a Master Yodeler from Austria in the main gazebo performing up until the opening ceremony. I can't say that I care for yodeling but this guy did some interesting yodels. Throughout the day there was also performances by the Zebra Stilt Walkers from Germany, the Zunyi Acrobats from China, the Moscow Circus, a bluegrass group from the Czech Republic and several others. On both days, there was very small crowds and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. All the rides were walk-ons so there were plenty of multiple rides We mainly rode Powderkeg and Wildfire, which were both running great. We ended both our days by checking out the newest addition to SDC called the Grand Exposition. This is a nicely themed area and has ten new rides including a family coaster. Now on to the pictures: The next fest coming to SDC These guys were very entertaining The Zebra Stilt Walkers from Germany were there for World Fest Fire in the Hole I have never seen SDC this empty, but I'm not complaining What would a ptr be without a vertical loop First lift hill as seen from the observation deck Wildfire entrance Wildfire Walkway to Powderkeg I love how this church is still used for services and weddings. Area in front of Park. Also this building is used in five episodes of the Beverly Hillbillies.
  12. ^Even though I don't like Coke, I kind of like Coke Blak. It has a very unique taste. I just finished a Strawberries & Creme Starbucks Frappuccino. It was really tasty.
  13. I would have to say that Silver Dollar City is the best when it comes to theme and atmosphere. I love every area of this park and the new Grand Exposition section is a nice addition. I like most of the areas at Disney World as well. Some of my favorites are World Showcase in Epcot, Frontierland and Adventureland.
  14. Powderkeg at Silver Dollar City on April 27.
  15. I really like Jelly Belly licorice and Dr Pepper. I also like most chocolate, especially Hershey & Ghirardelli.

  17. Here's a few things about me..... 1. Got engaged last September at Disney World. He proposed in front of the castle at MK 2. I love Elvis Presley. 3. I am an only child. 4. I am a very picky eater and have to eat certain foods a certain way. If I am eating a burger then I have to eat it in circles. With M&Ms, I seperate them by color and start with least favorite color and end with favorite color. I do have some other ones also 5. I love the taste of Nyquil and I do drink even when I'm not sick. (yes, I do also love black jelly beans)
  18. My favorite show of all time is The Twilight Zone. Rod Serling is great I never get tired of any of the episodes and I watch them all the time. 20. SFStL is my home park. It's not my favorite park by any means but I do enjoy going there from time to time.
  21. ^No, I didn't have to ask for one. They were handing them out where you pay for parking. There was also employees handing them out at the entrance.
  22. I can get the maps for SFStL. If anyone is interested, just let me know.
  23. Port Orleans French Quarter (I do like Riverside also). I found this resort to be very beautiful and well themed. I enjoyed my stay there and will visit this resort for all my future trips. Plus, the restaurant in Riverside had the best banana stuffed french toast with a strawberry banana sauce
  24. My first ride of the season will be this weekend at SFStL. Don't know for sure yet which coaster it will be but I'm thinking either Batman or Mr Freeze. Then my first new coaster credit of the year will be in a couple of weeks when I go to WoF and ride Patriot.
