Do you have a Coaster License Plate?
Team Thriller replied to pkdcoaster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Cool, you saw my car. That has to be the funniest remark ever. As for me, I was planning on getting one that said COASTER, but since I can't drive, I would just put it on my wall. They have a store here that they make these. Just 15 euro (25 dollars) --James -
Thurnquist Park

^ You don't really need much custom scenery. The queue to Wonderful wheel is good enough scenery for a first try. Don't go 0-100 in just two updates. If you improve over time, the park will be amazing. And it will be easier on your part. Already I see some improvements since last update. --James -

^ Oh lol You really think Six Flags will go under. IMO, they are getting better. Each park is improving. I think they would have already gone under. --James -

It's a good thing. The park is very unique, which means you can only post a park like this once. --James -

Not much to see, but a good start. I would just make the edges around the pond not so square, or put a fence around it. --James -

1. If you mean height. There are already many coasters that broke 400. (TTD, KK, Superman: The Escape) 2. Intamin already made a few woodies (El Torro, Balder, Collosos....etc) --James -
Liseberg Discussion Thread

I doubt it's a problem with the design, just because here in Germany, those rides are extremely popular. They have them traveling all over the country. I saw this on the news and they said how this Rainbow was older than many. Maybe the age had an affect. Hopefully inspections will take place on the older ones to make sure they are all okay. Rides, like humans, die. --James -

In the first pic. Those trains look like Millinum Flyers. Maybe they are getting a new GCI woodie. I think it's an unique direction to take the park. Phantasia is ultra-themed, which makes an unique experience. Same with Disney. I just hope they make the theming quality and not some cheap garage sale looking place. I'm sure they won't, though. --James -
The Official "TPR Europe Trip 2008" Thread!
Team Thriller replied to robbalvey's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
I'm in love with Heide Park. Without doubt, it's the best European park right beside Europa Park. Collosos is the greatest wooden coaster I've ever been on. (When you hear the farting noise, you know your in for a great ride.) Desert Race's launch is amazing, and it has some hardcore airtime. I wasn't to much of a fan of Scream. It was worth riding and I would ride it over and over. But there was so much hype about it. I got no free fall, and the stop was so hard it hurt me. I love the music and theming of Scream though. The landscaping is stunning. Limit is horrible, but it takes lines away from the other coasters. The Bobbahn's in the dark helix really was fun. (The whole ride was really fun too) The whole park is amazing. I'm glad you all add a great time there. --James "In love with Heide Park" Flint -

Hey, I'm going to Movie World Bottrop on August 2nd and I want to know what to suspect. Is Bandit a decent coaster? Will I be able to ride all the coasters there or am I too tall? Will the park be crowded then? How crowded? Thanks everyone. --James
