  1. Mine is HCOBando31. Feel free to say hello. I'm pretty friendly.
  2. Ugh, I am currently reading A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens for a summer assignment for Adv English. It isn't as bad as I heard it was going to be, but I am losing interest in the book. Very quickly.
  3. No. Have you ever been bungee jumping?
  4. I havn't been on many, but heres my list. You can tell most of my credits come from SFMM, hahah. 10. Deja Vu - SFMM 9. California Screamin' - DCA 8. Speed: The Ride - Sahara Resort and Casino 7. X - SFMM 6. V2: Vertical Velocity - SFMW (SFDK) 5. Batman: The Ride - SFGADV/SFMM 4. Riddler's Revenge - SFMM 3. Medusa -SFGADV/Scream! - SFMM 2. Tatsu - SFMM 1. Goliath - SFMM
  5. Well I was going to write a big review on Transformers, but it wouldn't turn out so good because there is only one thing to be said about it. It was highly entertaining and it was awesome. That's it. I personally didn't dslike any part of it. At all. At first when the robots started talking, I was thinking that it would be horrible, but I think they pulled off the talking robots really well. The last half of the movie also kept me on the edge of my seat. It was all nonstop action. The trailer before it you guys are talking about was amazing. I can't wait till' it comes out.
  6. Well, I haven't been on it, but judging from the videos and pictures I've seen, take the girl from the Grudge, multiply her times about 30, and have her walking throughout the place scaring people. Add some cool-looking animatronics and there you go. That's basically it. Maybe someone who has actually been inside could explain in greater detail.
  7. I love SFMM. It looks like you had a good time, too. Yeah, I agree with your opinions on X. Overrated and unbearably rough. I'm suprised that you thought Deja Vu wasn't so special, though. I thought it was one of the most intense rides in the park. Hmm. Well anyways, I love your photoTR! So many great pictures.
  8. Oh, I would do so much. 1. I would make Tomorrowland more future-like by adding more neon lights, painting more things white/chrome, etc. I would add more effects to Space Mountain, kind of like the effects at Hong Kong's Space Mountain. I would replace Innoventions with an Aliean Encounter ride, and I would put the PeopleMover back up on its tracks. I would update Honey I Shrunk the Audience with a whole new show themed to the movie (was it a movie?) Tron. 2. In Adventureland, I would do a MAJOR rehaul on Indiana Jones and have all the effects working again. I would maybe add some new effects here and there just to spice it up. The Aladdin restraunt thing would be removed and a themed flat ride would go there, similar to Tomb Raider: Firefall. 3. I would completeley retheme New Orleans Square to be a pirates themed land. Since eveything in New Orleans Square seems to be transforming into pirates-related things, I think this would be a pretty smart descision. The open area behind Pirate's Lair (formerly Tom's Sawyer Island) would be home to a new roller coaster called Fire Mountain. It would be kind of similar to Mystery Mine at Dollywood. 4. Last of all, I would refurbish all the buildings and old rides in Toontown, since they seem to be slowly againg and looking worse and worse every year. That is all.
  9. Hey, that's a pretty cool video! I liked it minus the constant screaming, was that really necessary? :/ I haven't seen a video of that coaster yet, thanks for posting it! Regarding what I would like to see in Psyclone's spot: I would love to see a smallish Intamin Plug-N-Play woody there. Probably something the size of Balder would be nice.
  10. I think it depends what mod I am in, or which park I am at. If I feel like taking in the sights and smells, then I'd go to Disney park and just sit and enjoy myself. Sometimes I feel like running around Six Flags trying to get on every roller coaster possible, not stopping for a break. THis is a hard descision, but I think I'd have to say that I am more of a themepark fan.
  11. I'm glad the pictures are back up! :] I'm glad you had a good time at Disneyland and California Adventure, I love both of those parks to death. Disneyland is like my second home. Haha. Well I'm osrry your visit to Knott's wasn't so great. Knott's really seems to be going downhill, at least in my eyes. But it looks like you had a blast! Great photos, I enjoyed them!
  12. I hope this is accurate, where did you get this? The Doll Factory souds promising, and the Beowulf maze sounds like it will be a great maze if they pull it off right. I find it kind of wierd that the Grudge maze is coming back this year. Wasn't that only that only a one time thing? Anyways, I think it could go either really good, or really bad with the new mazes.
  13. I have three. Tatsu at SFMM Speed: The Ride at Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas Goliath at SFMM
  14. I went there for the first time last week, I love it. Goliath is amazing! It looks like you had fun, also. I'm pretty surpised though that it was that empty on the Fourth of July. Well, anyways, I love the picture with Superman, Colossus, and Goliath in it. It's awesome.
  15. I have the LG VX9400, and love it. I got it about a month ago and I have to say, it's a great phone. The battery is great, the screen is pretty big for the size, and the pictures/videos are pretty clear for a camera phone. There isn't day it is seperated from me. :] Yay! :]
  16. They had one of those Bouncy Bouncy rides at the San Diego County Fair, and I know what you mean by how rediculously fun it was.. I rode it again and again, it's addicting Looks like you guys are having fun, I wish I could go on some of these trips.
  17. Crazy by Gnarls Barkley. I swear, everytime I hear that song, it makes me want to shoot myself in the head. His voice is so high-pitched and annoying.
  18. Hmmmm, well, it's different. I kind of like it, actually. It's a nice break from all the custom scenery parks. Minus the lack of buildings, I think the paths need to be wider and there need to be trees for shade. The place is kind of bland. Its, different, but it works, so nice job.
  19. I like this park, the idea has so much potential. So far it is looking great-keep it up!
  20. Mac OS X is great for pretty much everything exept for games. So either you sacrifice games for a great overall system, or you sacrifice all the media features and flashy stuff for a more powerful operating system for games and things like that. I think it just depends what you want to use a computer for. I can't choose which one is better-I use them both for different things.
  21. I love the idea of classic villains being put into mazes. There's something about it that just has the biggest appeal to me. I don't know what, either. My take on it is that it will be a hit or miss type of thing, I expect it to be more of a hit, though. This year looks like it'll be great.
  22. I am not really new to this site, I've been on reading the updates and the boards forever. Not until today have I decided to post and contribute to this site. I come from a place named 'Canyon Lake' in SoCal, nowhere near any form of theme park. I live about an hour from Los Angeles and an hour from San Diego. Well, I guess I'm kind of close to some theme parks. I have been obsessed with roller coasters ever since I was 3 when my parents bought me this 3D roller coaster video. I watched it once and fell in love, and now here I am posting on TPR. Yay!
  23. BEST: Pirates of the Carribean: Dead Man's Chest and At World's End, Live Free or Die Hard, Toy Story 2, Shrek 2, and you can shoot me later, but I thought Scary Movie 4 was pretty funny. WORST: Spiderman 3 (such a letdown), The Matrix: Revolutions, Underworld: Evolution, and basically every movie that didn't have to have a sequel, but did anyways 'just because'.
