I did my first haunts last year and I was curious about the legal liability angle with HHN because some of the scaring was quite extreme, I saw one girl pinned on the ground with two chainsaws at her. I personally think it's all fun and games and when you walk through the gate you're fair game, and I'm sure HHN has the legal angle covered as part of their risk management. As far as that claim goes, what a load of bollocks, if she had been injured then fair enough but being scared? Now I'm off to sue the producers of The Exorcist for giving me a lifetime of nightmares.

I like that phrase too - more thrilling ride, I would be very impressed if they could actually build a more thrilling ride. A 1000 fooot SCAD tower called Suicide The Ride perhaps? -

This info is very useful I am tossing up whether to hit up KD in October. I'm scared of driving in the US, the last time I drove in the US I was barely escaped being arrested (long story) though it was Utah. -

Nice report Michael, you know I have often contemplated the meaning of your user name (d34thstrik3) when I ran the footy tipping comp on ozcoaster. I have been to Dreamworld since 2003, I guess I've been too spoiled by the parks on overseas trips to appreciate it much. I thought Cyclone was pretty tame, I remember going over the harbour bridge everyday to work and watching it going up at Luna Park in Sydney. -
^Fair enough. Yes, I have definitely imagined what should be at my home park seeing they have barely any rides. Would you prefer an Intimidator 305 level of coaster plonked in a parking lot over a heavily themed Expedition Everest type of coaster?

^^I was so disappointed in 2007 on the Midwest trip that I didn't see a single KFC in Kentucky let alone eat at one, I did eat at White Castle which I still cringe at the thought of. I only eat KFC about twice a year, so I have no idea if we'll get these cholesterol boosters down here.

^Not a yes or no question but... Yes, I'll take the 200 mile option. Do you live more than 1000 kms (625 miles) from an Intamin coaster (me, yes)?

Yes, I live in a country with less than 20 coasters. Would you prefer to live in a country other than the one you live in at the moment?

^Yes, I've run the wrong way up an escalator because the up one was closed for repairs, it's quite good exercise, doing that at Universal Studios Hollywood would be a good fitness test. I've run up the stairs and that was reasonably hard. Do you live in a city that has more than one coaster (I don't)?

I'm terrified of heights but I'd do it, I've done everything else on the tower. -

Loved the Mickey Mouse spotting. Was that an evac on Goliath (or were they just a fitness group doing stair training), did you find out what the story was there? -
Yes, yes, yes. Will you sleep in on Saturday morning?

I love how the name is also a coaster element that would get ACE members horny - they'll probably try eating a double down while going down a double down.

^Assuming you haven't been there before. There's plenty to do, Afterburn Snake Horse On Fire Deck is an excellent B & M Invert. The twin woodie up the back will give you two credits. Have you got the shockwave credit at KD, I know it was closed in 2008 when we were there. -

I've used the NJ Transit service and it worked fine for me. One tip, once they fill a bus you have to wait for the next bus, so I recommend getting there early and lining up at the gate.

^I really liked Control. Cop Out - a bit patchy but plenty of good bits, maybe Bruce Willis and Tracey Morgan should have been behind the counter at a Quick Stop in New Jersey.

No, but I'd like to. Do you eat KFC more than once per year?
