Wow, that's a lot of violations. Some of the charges do seem a little harsh. I guess human stupidity will always triumph over good reasoning. That's why the OSHA exists. Idiots abound!

I can't bring myself to call either stand ups or floorlesses gimmicks. My first floorless was Kraken when I was about 7 or 8, and I was scared the entire ride that I was going to loose my feet. It was a very unique experience for me and I loved it. Stand ups are very different in my eyes. I love the feeling of all that extra force on my legs.
