Alright, thanks for clearing that up. I thought the little tongue guy was supposed to be sort of an insult. Meh, people make mistakes. -

Cyclone at SFNE. Every brain-pounding second is amazing. -
I like to say I'm 5'11, but in reality I'm 5'10.5. It just souns better. When I had x-rays of my ankle taken, he said i was like halfway done growing from the ankles, but my knees had hardly started growing. So he said I could either be like 6'1 because I could have broken the growth plates or I could be like 6'7.

Extremely loud. Their starter who was this guy named Ryan Shaw (he kinda advertised himself the whole half an hour he was out there) was very not- Van Halen-ish. The band was sort of a mix between Gnarls Barkley and he sang like Corey Glover, but they got off quick and At exactly 8 PM Van Halen came out. I lost my hearing partially for like 2 days. But it was worth it. Eddie played great. His playing sounded almost like a studio recording (but it wasn't, he messed up during the synth part of Eruption). David Lee Roth sang great and he even played a little acoustic guitar while he told a story. Alex and Wolfie just were OK.

^^^ Sounds like something you could build in RCT2.

For box office, I think Kung Fu Panda and Wall-E could be pretty even. To me, KFP has a larger appeal to young kids, and many kids who want to see it as a joke (like me). Even though I think Wall-E might not have as big as an appeal to a younger audience as KFP, Wall-E might make more due to the fact it was made by Pixar. In my opinion though, Wall-E is going to be ten times better. It looks visually amazing, fun, original, and has jokes for the whole family. I know that throughout the whole movie I'm just going to sit there thinking "OK, now that would make an awesome ride!"

Wow, and I thought my school was small... Our elementary school runs 1-4, middle 5-8, and high school is 9-12. The middle and high schools share a building, just on separate floors. I think our school has about 700 kids in it, maybe less. Our graduating senior class of last year was 72. But our school is still recognized as one of the best in the state Oh yeah, and we do have a graduation. Just nobody takes it seriously.

What is your favorite band?

^ Yeah.... but Hot Topic sucks and most of the bands post-grunge/ska era that I listen to are probably never going to be popular. Which isn't even that many actually, since most of my favorite music is hard rock from the 60's and 70's. -

We actually discussed this in my English class a couple of weeks ago. I used to wonder the same thing, especially seeing how I was one of those people that never wanted my favorite bands to get too big. The class concluded that its largely because people feel that the band, in a sense, is their own. They discovered that band, and because not many other people know of them, its almost as if it's a unique characteristic for that person. Therefore, when the band becomes widely popular, people feel as if they are losing a part of themselves, or something that made them unique. I can understand why people would be bummed about it, but as you said, that doesn't make their music less good, unless they sell out of course... coughOARcough. But to add something to the debate that my class didn't discuss, I get bummed out a little because the live experience changes drastically. I love going to see the smaller bands I like simply because the live show is so much more intimate. For some, I could be at the very back of the venue and still only be 50-60 ft away. Even if the venue is medium-sized, it still beats an arena or a huge amphitheater. So that's an extra reason why it bums me out, but at the same time, I'm usually happy for the band and I can't say it "ruins" it for me. I totally agree with your post! Except IMO, when a band gets more popular, I don't feel like I lost a part of me and their music just becomes simpler, beatless music that is basically just made to be a music video. However, I really only feel like this about bands 1995-present day. I don't know why. Led Zeppelin, ACDC, The Beatles, Aerosmith, etc., happen to be some of my favorite bands. -
Well first off, they're absolutely terrible live. Their music isn't really catchy, doesn't really have a message of any sort, not any good instrument playing (basically just three or four chords that follow the chorus), they compose an album within two months, and not to mention their lead singer's voice annoys me to the extent where I'd like a cat to scratch out my ears.

Oh wonderous, magical title fairy, could you change my title to "TPR's Official Naked Guy"?

My favorite band right now is the John Butler Trio. I'm pretty happy they aren't popular in the US, that would pretty much ruin it for me. However they never stop by in Boston for a show ever.... -
I'm sorry but FOB is a prime example of bad music.
