^ I kinda liked it. There was a bunch of things wrong with it, though. It was terribly mis-cast. Zooey Descahnel and Mark Wahlberg just don't seem like a very good pair to me, and neither seemed "right" for the movie. Zooey should stick to chick flicks/ awful children's movies based off of decent books, and Marky- Mark should just stay with tough city characters like in Four Brothers or The Departed. And throughout the movie I just kinda thought of John Leguizamo (or whatever his name is) wearing a Luigi suit. The movie did not deserve an R rating. I didn't even think that a strong PG-13 would be pushing it. I didn't really find anything too gross, or too inappropriate, or scary. I dunno. I just thought if it had been cast better, and they definitely shoul have made it alot more intense. But the plot was still kinda retarded.

The CODWAW BETA is incredible. It sucks that the demo expires on Monday. I HAVE to get this game on Tuesday, since we don't have school and all...

I just learned how to play the Pirates of the Caribean theme song on guitar. It's loads of fun. I'm thinking that for this year's talent show, I'll arrange a medley of movie theme songs for guitar.

I don't know too many ska bands by name. But the ones I really like are RBF, Catch 22/Streetlight, Big D, and the Bosstones. I also liked how Dispatch covered alot of their songs and ska-ified them on Zimbabwe.

It sucked. Ska is heavenly. My band plays alot of ska.

My incredibly small town has actually had 3 lockdowns in the time I have been in school. We had one guy actually just hanging around the school with a knife. Another time we had a code red drill but absolutely nobody except the people in the office knew about it. I was in the hall at the time and people were running toward me like "shit dude, I think it's real!". So I went into the nearest classrom with abot 30 other kids and we just sat there and debated if we should throw a desk out the window and jump. That's probably the most scared I've ever been. The other time, a bottle of hydrochloric acid went missing and they didn't want anybody out of the school, for some reason.

My cousin got 1 ticket but he's giving it away. Seeing as how I'm too young to go Virginia alone, I guess I'll wait for them to tour.
