  2. How about some Six Flags Great America images? X-Flight show time fireworks never "hurt"
  3. Time for more frequent updates in this thread again. After a fun Texas Midwest trip... I should have a "few" pictures again Here's a preview on Gatekeeper
  4. Been using this phone for a while now and have not seen anything like what's mentioned here so far.. Are you sure it's not something at your end? (PC/laptop)?? Have not seen this happen on my windows 7 laptop either.. Please make sure your workstation is malware/spyware free
  5. Sorry for the lack of updates during the last couple of weeks. I'll try to do better (again) as soon as i'm back home. For now.... How about a sample of Outlaw Run pictures? The day started out a "little" damp but that also provided for fun pictures final roll so many things to say (or focus on). I'll leave it like this for now
  6. The make your own bread fireplace is still there (at least i noticed people using it during my last visit)
  7. I have not played this for over a week... Just feeling like i'm done with it..
  8. ^they are still testing the ride (once a while new video and pictures show up online) No firm opening date known at this time
  9. Just something else (besides coasters and birds) Took this pictures yesterday
  10. Takabisha has it too. Did it add anything to the ride experience? Seems like it would give that extra little oomph going into the launch. On Karacho that little drop gave a nice pop of air
  11. the 300 guests was the number of invited guests for the opening ceremony. There were way way way more people in the park (as it should be) Lunch food was great and drinks/beer always help.
  12. Today was the opening day for the new coaster Karacho at Tripsdrill Some specs: 4 trains for 2x4 passengers gives it a capacity of 960 persons/hour The ride has a launch, darkride bit, airtime hill and 4 inversions Launch accelerates you to 60 miles/hour in 1.6 seconds Length of the entire coaster is 713 meters No shoulder restraints but lapbar/clamshell's This coaster is the first one with inversions for the park, extending the available range of attractions (and thrill factor) to include teenagers and people that are young of heart (with strong stomach as they said) Theming for the ride and area is not finished yet but knowing the park and seeing what they've done so far regarding theming at their other attractions I can't wait to see what the area will look like next year (when theming is done) Regarding the ride itself.. fun ride and a great addition to the parks attraction line-up. No headbanging (due to no shoulder restaints) plenty of inversions and a couple of pops of airtime all in all, nice fun ride. Looking forward to riding it again in the future. Here's a few pictures of today's opening event (and the coaster itself) so today we are visiting Tripsdrill hmm, loud sound warning?? this could be interesting opening hours first thing you see inside the park but this is where we are heading to yummie it does change the skyline a bit at certain spots I guess we're there stomp like music setup? nice looking name follow the arrow's to the entrance yeah, there's still plenty of dirt laying around.. but at least the ride is open. Theming will follow. twisty plenty of crossings here and the last bit (and station "bunker") This view will change with the to be installed theming test run? hmm minimum ride height.. 125 cm put your hands up if you can hit the drum but are not planning on riding the coaster almost opening time interesting vehicle lots and lots of people were invited and showed up. Something like 300 guests ribbon cutting let's ride first riders, is it fear? is it joy? Are these real "suits"? woooooow (there goes a nametag (almost)) inversion time a flying tie fly eating time everybody is trying to get that one shot plenty of photographers around red train love the hair more riders and I guess there's an interview in the back row? wheee almost back at the station plenty of steel lovely photo op (location) only in Europe would it be ok to take pictures this close to a ride without ropes/fences shielding it from access for the press.. silhouette like here they come happy faces the back of the red train just rollin love the colors on the trains (they also have a green one but that was not running while we were there) joy? fear? you tell me gravity is fun (and for some reason the back row reminds me of Italy) inversions can require dressing requirements... up-side-down up-side-down bottom after the launch midcourse brake (with "guys" still working on the station building) lovely sky today 2 thumbs up? thanks close up for all the tech "junkies" more big smiles that last inversion is fun (and easy to get pictures of) train theming inside the station happy riders returning and yes.. there is something to loo at (below) while waiting in line station impression let's have a beer before riding don't you just love Tripsdrill's theming department? just chillin.. with my beer more blue train riders going down.. it's twisty I guess? it's also pretty tall and there are plenty of spots (at this time) to get some fun pictures of trains and people having a great time so many small details on a train (and I think i'm spying some aitime) going down happy riders awesome neighbours "take the tunnel" highest point of the ride dive dive dive
