Teen kicked out of Park for taking picture

You are too good at this. I knew you do it and still 90% of the time did not notice you taking pics. -

If someone bends over to the point of exposing themselves, then the expose themselves to others taking pictures of it. The flasher should have been the one thrown out, not the kid taking the pic. I've never takne a pic of a hot guy in a park... honest. -
What's your favorite Flat ride?
Moose replied to FlyingScooter's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I am shocked there has been no love for whips. One of my all time favorite rides, too bad there are so few left. -
Massive Power Outages

I was working (at SFNE) at the time. It was so crazy (understandably so). All ride operators trying to call operations base at the same time because no one knew what was going on. Everyone thought it was just their ride. Besides rides going down, think of everything else operationally. The primary radio channels used are on repeaters (which also went out), so we had to move to backup channels, etc. Just a lot of confusion. Objectively speaking, the park and staff handled it well and we didn't have rides in any difficult places. I think the irritated guests calmed down when they realized it was most of the Northeast and beyond. I was there that day, but i remember things a bit differently. The park was affected for a bit, but everything got back up and running since that part of the Northeast was not affected by the blackout. I was in the wavepool at the time it occured. It (obviously) stopped. By the time we got back to the rides part, everything was operational again. -
Crazy Station Design

Clear glass bridges in stores do not sound like a good idea. THink of all the pervs standing under it to try to get a glance up women's skirts. EDIT: Ah, the stairs are frosted. Cornell had a glass staircase in one of its studen centers. It was taken out because of of that reason and the fact that it became very very slippery when it rained and people's shoes got it wet, which, if you know Ithaca's weather, happened quite often. -

I think (and i believe it is pretty much a consensus) that the Riverside Cyclone was much much better than what we have today, and not just because of the first drop. -

BiCoastal... I never heard of that compressed glass. Interesting concept. I would still feel safer with some steel holding up the building. I would assume that the glass would be very good at holding up the long spans needed in a coaster station. Oh, and i am a structural expert It's more specialised than just "physics" -
Disney sues Anaheim over plan

My guess is that disney is worried that the new residents will complain about noise levels at night. -

I bowl in the gay duckpin bowling league every summer. It's a lot of fun. We never do all that well, but it's a lot of fun. -

I hate hate hate how the finale is so slow now due to braking. Still a great coaster albeit neutered and yet still painful. Nice video. -

Wow, you are right, i really love Kraken's splash down. This looks sort of boring. Definately seems like the worst of the bunch. -

LAst time i checked, Humans were alliance. I sort of wished i had rolled a horde, they seem to work much better together in the BG's.

amen. THose are the two teams will be rooting for as well. They all were great racers and did what was needed to get ahead, which is the whole point of the Amazing Race. I hope david and mary get Philiminated first. Their racing just isn't up to par with the rest. THey may be nice people, but they aren't good racers.
