I HATE facebook political debates BUT I LOVE RESPONDING TO THEM! I can't figure out why people start these debates... or why politics are such a sensitive issue in the first place... of course I openly despise politics and politicians. My parents are VERY conservative and I consider myself QUITE liberal and we all get along because we don't discuss things like politics. It's not even like facebook is a place for intelligent discussion anyway. I love making people mad with my political views though because they are odd. Oh yeah... I like that TPR is a politics free zone because political arguments usually end in trolling or flaming, and I love not seeing that bullshit(sorry for the language but it's the only word I can think of) here on the forums!

Wow! This looks amazing in every way! I LOVE Disney but can hardly remember my families Dinsy Cruise(I was in second grade) and seeing something like this makes me want to plan a trip in the (hopefully) near future! Everything looks awesome from the youtube updates to the pictures... one of the most impressive looking ships I have EVER seen! Truly magical! Also KT is totally rocking that dress... makes me want to go to Pirate League when it opens in the parks(if it hasn't already... can't remember) and take my Christmas picture! This looks awesome!

In my opinion this is an AWESOME idea for Disneyland(not really for Florida though) because it provides people who go to the parks A LOT like myself something cool to potentially look forward to, and keeping it random makes it fun and interesting. Last year they did something similar where they had Mardi Gras, Rare Character Week and Chinese New Year and all were a lot of fun if not just for something a bit different so I am really looking foreward to this.

And I end in the frienzone anyway. Ugh. Oh well... I feel a little more confident now. I just have to find someone I like which may be a little complicated cause I have weird tastes in things but there must be some people out there. It just sucks cause there was this girl I was hanging out with the other day at Disneyland who was totally awesome but I didn't ask her out because I was trying to see if it would work with this other girl but it's just not so yeah... I sorta ended it. Shes still a little too into her ex who she dated forever and she is having trouble with getting over it, which is fine so we can still talk and be friends if she wants(she does) but I am going to look for another girl. Any California coaster nerd girls who like ska and Disney?

It also sucks(not really her fault) that I am going to end up being sort of a rebound anyway cause she has only had one other boyfriend besides (sort of) me and they went out for four years which is insane which is another part of the reason she wants to decide if she wants a relationship. The good news is like I mentioned we have a connection and are both totally obsessed with Disney which of course is not a deal breaker one way or the other but it's cool to share a common interest. There is other stuff we connect with of course, but we met based on the Disney stuff. ^Congratulations!

So this is my third post on this page, let alone this thread... UGH. Here has been my last 10 days or so... Single but whatever... nothing new. Then I have a girlfriend! YAY! cause I have never had someone I connected so much with. THEN she said she needs some time to think about it which is fine, but I can't entirely be sure where this puts me... am I in the friend zone? Am I more than that... am I less? It also sucks cause she lives in San Francisco and I live in Socal... we also met online(on Micechat actually... lol) but I have met her in person as well. We have this awesome chemistry and she is looking to move out here in about a year... a decision that has more to do with college than it does with me so we are sorta trying to try things out. She is in the hospital right now due to an apparently pretty violent asthma attack but she is out today(or maybe tomorrow) which is awesome but the last few days have been a little awkward because I wasn't entirely sure what to do. I sent "well wishing" texts that are hopefully a little more than "get well soon" because I hope she takes the hint because she knows I want a relationship even is she has not 100% ready, but like I said I am willing to wait. This has been an interesting experience either way because like I said I have never connected with anyone like I connect with her. I have only had one other girlfriend in the past but we only lasted a few weeks... the dates felt more like hanging out with a friend than someone I liked. I am FAR from naive but this new girl has A LOT of potential because we are very like minded... I just hope she feels the same thing. She brought up the connection herself so she knows there is something there, I just hope she sees "the spark" as something strong enough to at least try this out cause I like to consider myself to be a good dude so there is no downside(at the moment) for either of us and hopefully an upside for both of us. Girls are COMPLICATED!

Does anyone know how happy I would have been if this is what we got instead of full throttle? I would have praised SFMM til the day I die... instead... I don't wanna talk about it. Wow though... arguably the best coaster collection in the world here? Intamin launch, prefab, classic terrain based Schwartzkopf, this!

^ The parks are not linked. Splash is different but similar(the layout is identical I believe) and as for Fantasmic or WOC I will let somone else answer as I am a fantasmic super fanboy. I will say WOC is more "impressive" visually but if you want the true Disney experience Fantasmic cannot be missed IMO!

It seems like you have created(but not finished) A TON OF PARKS! They are all so good so please just work on somethnig for a long time. I do love your work though!

My date didn't quite go as planned. We both had a good time but we both kind of decided that for a long distance relationship to work out it needed to be a great time and it really wasn't. We are still "friends" but at the same time who knows when she will come down here or when I drive up the coast to go to SF. It was still a lot of fun having dinner with someone and exploring Fishermans Wharf but I think next time I will look for someone a bit more local. Aka I am currently single... which sucks in a way but at the same time is nothing new.

This is one of the funnier things I have seen in a long time... intentional or not I am not entirely sure! This really is a very cool TR! China looks very "interesting" to say the least.

I think I may just have a girlfriend... we at least have a date which I know usually means nothing, but our circumstance is a bit different. She lives in San Francisco and I live near LA but she comes here relatively often to go to Disneyland... which is sort of how we met through Micechat. We have been talking a lot and it looks like I finally get to go to the city of San Francisco for something school related. I know we are just starting out but I actually feel a connection... our conversations have been amazing and we are interested in very similar things. I will post back here if it works out but I am VERY happy right now... dates are few and far between for me and like I said... I feel a connection with her I have not felt with other girls.

This is one of the coolest and most original NL projects I have seen in a VERY long time! This almost feels like a RCT project with your attention to detail while still retaining the realism of a NL project! I love it!

Those barrel rolls look like some sort of insane sculpture experimenting with the limitations of wood... or like if I make a roll too tight when experimenting with newton when I still mess with NL on occasion! Good stuff! Thanks for the update, Chad!

^ I don't know why, but your response totally made me laugh! Insanely! I am currently in a "relationship" but if you asked if I had a girlfriend I would say "ish." It's long distance and neither of us are super serious about it because she lives in San Francisco but we are both total Disney nerds and have quite a bit in common. I hope it works out but I am also 21 so if something more local ends up happening I may end up jumping on that, but for the moment it seems to be going well so far.

Thank you! Actually not a bad idea... but I am not entirely attached to even the roof at this time but I will experiment with some sort of structural poles or something similar to that. Also thanks about the woodie... I tried to make a mid size(it's only 65 feet tall) that is exciting! This is somewhat of a resort park with themes based on just things I like because I have never done a resort park... like the ghost or gargoyle lives in haunted hollow and the woodie is more of a layout experiment for the moment, but it is likely to go into a music inspired area.

I won free concert tickets to see one of my favorite bands, Larry and His Flask, play a show with polk(my abbreviation for Folk Punk music) combined. It was honestly awesome... I logged onto facebook and the status said "next five people to comment on this get free tickets to tomorrow nights show" and I noticed it was posted thirty seconds ago and I was the fifth and final person! I love indie radio stations though... Complete Control Radio is on Star 98.7 on Saturdays from 10 to midnight and I don't think a lot of people think the two are seperate so less than 2000 people like them on facebook! Very happy right now!

I need advice. I LOVE the que but the station building is "lacking" the feel of the que. The name of the ride is either The Ghost(cause I'm enough of an ass to name a ride after myself... lol) or Gargoyle! It's preview cause this is a major WIP and this is in a haunted area. That was a very interesting read! I guess it's something I have never really thought of despite having ridden the ride probably about a hundred times over the course of my life. I feel kind of bad for Disney though... I know they have awesome lawyers and rarely lose cases, but everyone always seems to try to sue the mouse for a quick buck when no one was really injured or did anything wrong. Also on a side note that hippo animatronic is awesome! It's funny how simple it looks(and probably is) but I love the way it works and how realistic it looks clse up. Best of all it is perfectly safe at the moment cause it is unable to wiggle it's ears and certainly can't blow bubbles cause there is no water... lol. That joke was like the natives spears... it went right over your heads.
