OMG, that cheesecake looks so awesome. I wish I could cook, but I kind of think its something your born with. I know a few people who are going/have gone to culinary school, and they cooked long before they even thought of applying. Out of pure curiosity, do they teach you how to make the dishes look artistic (as in presentation)in culinary school? Or do you just do that on your own? That is my favorite thing when chefs do that,cause you can tell hey put in a little extra effort to make it look( and taste) awesome.

Sorry guys, I know I said there would for sure be an update today, but it has been re pushed back to tomorrow. Grades aka all late homework is due tomorrow, so I am working on it tonight for a while. I have a little update done, but would like to play a little more, and make more of an update.

This is my latest NL project called Shooting Star. It is mostly related to avalanche(Timber Falls) and gets some really awesome floater air. This coaster is pretty smooth, and gets more air in the front seat. The top speed is around 45mph. HAVE A GOOD RIDE shooting star.nltrack HAVE A NICE RIDE

That video was awesome! And my local tower is offended by you saying it sucks, it is still the second nicest looking ride after Grizzly at DCA. Tokyo Disney Sea is by far the park I want to visit the most, and hopefully a few years down the road, I can go with TPR.

Yeah, but I have to drive 2 hours to get any snow so count your blessings. We had a fire day once, but I have a feeling snow days are a lot better, considering snow is falling from the sky as opposed to ash.
