LMAO The pictures that Robb took a few pages ago looks like a haunt maze made of Coming Soon signs. I really enjoy DCA, and while I do get why people like Robb who have visited almost or every Disney park, I don't get the general attendance/ dislike of people. I still think this is California's third nicest looking park following Disneyland and USH, but there is not much to do at USH(sorry Joey) I think DCA is awesome looking(not now)but there are some nice rides, screamin is the best airtime ride in our state. I hope this makes the parks a LOT better.

The next ride planned for construction is called Runoff Rapids. It is themed/ and funded by the parks neighboring ski paradise Deer Canyon. So far the rides general storyline is that a river formed from melted snow, and the park decided to take full advantage of the water. There will be a basic construction update tomorrow. official logo

Are You 23? Solved.
the ghost replied to Chroniq's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
No one knows about it, but I think it is going to be a lot bigger than we are all thinking. Here is a countdown, making me think this is actually going to be a new announcement. Maybe the new parades, are both Disney parks not getting a new parade. Here is the countdown disney.go.com/23/twenty_three/preview/index.html This rumor actually totally makes sense, although, I don't know if they would make this big of a deal for the classic Disney films on Blu Ray. It makes sense with the black and white pin, but I am in denial, and still want to think its the parade. www.disunplugged.com/2009/01/11/are-you-23/[/img] -
You mean more like Top Chef? Some people at my school call me Gordon, because I bear a resemblance to him without the charm, or the ability to make womens hearts melt.

I thought this would be a fun thread since there are so many Disney nerds(me included) on these boards. I have a very basic pin collection and sadly and, kind of stupidly, I lost both of my pins. I am restarting a collection soon, but these are my beloved Jack pins! These pins are from my favorite Disney movie. I am also a huge fan of Alice, Stitch, MULAN and Hercules. I love all old animated Disney movies as well as Incredibles, Nemo, T.S. Anyway, while trying to stay on topic, post pictures of your pins here.

Cowabunga Bay waterpark
the ghost replied to montezooma's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'd say the orange one, but am not sure. -
No offense, but this park needs some SERIOUS work. First of all, why is there green water surrounding your top spin? Why is there a rocket coaster? Those are hardest to theme I think you gotta add some theming and try harder. It is easy to make a quick ride with no theming, but why post that when anyone can do that. Instead, (this is going to sound so cliche) try to have your rides look realistic, or at least make them look nice. Tips Don't build for buildings sake Experiment with different ride types and themes Experiment with buildings USE THE SAME PATH FOR EVERYTHING Keep your park as nice looking as possible. Work with foliage and landscaping. Follow these simple steps and your parks will begin to look like real parks. Also, try to tell a story with your park, or at least be able to say why you put a ride where. The "park" you just showed is not so much a park, but just random coaster shots. Sorry if that sounded kind of harsh, but if you do what I said and actually spend time building and landscaping, your parks will be SO much better!

First of all, just edit your posts using the edit button on the top right of your screen. Read this forums.nedesigns.com/index.php?showtopic=13363 and it should teach you how to hack, although I don't use it. Also, so far all you coaster guesses have been wrong, however it will be a B&M. I am not going to say the ride type. But it will be themed to some old Colorado mines, and will have a similar story to Mystery Mine. Here is part of what Shapiro has said will be the rides catch line. Look out Below! It will be the second coaster at SFOD to feature an inversion.

Six Flags Magic Mountain Terminator Salvation: The Ride
the ghost replied to robbalvey's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Are you guys getting Mr. Six ERT where he does a dance for all members of TPR. That would be awesome. I wish I could go to WCB, but you'll see me there next year. Anyway, another awesome update Robb! -

Outlaw-My newest NL coaster
the ghost replied to the ghost's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
No idea, like I said, I was not even going to post this, but thought it was fun besides the lift. Although the coaster is unrealistic, it is rather smooth and I liked how it turned out. MY next project will be smooth and have a straight lift. -
Thanks! There will be an update probably on Tuesday. It may be posted on Monday, if I don't go to DL on Monday. My pass will expire soon, so I may be working on a photo TR if I get some nice shots with my camera. Anyone have any ideas for the park? I am thinking of making a log flume, and there will be a huge food court near the front of the park. If anyone has other ideas, please let me know.

Photo TR: Dan Smith's WDW Birthday Bash Stunt Spectacular
the ghost replied to dandaman's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
This is an awesome TR so far. The castle at night looks simply awesome, so does ours. Just out of comparison(if you or someone in this thread has been to DLR, how do the fireworks compare.) I just remember Illuminations(that's the show at Epcot, correct?) and, although I was only in second grade, the show was stunning. -
