  1. One amazing night ride on Viper at Great America. The airtime was incredible, and the ride was very fast paced. It was made even better since the ride ops were allowing re-rides.
  2. Raging Bull is great after the mcbr with the airtime hill and several tight turns. Now there are a few trim brakes after the mcbr, but it is still a great ending on the ride.
  3. Mine is Haunted Mansion, but Giant Drop is a close number two.
  4. Race Thru The Clouds Yes, "Thru" is spelled correctly.
  5. What if this was not a hypothetical question?
  6. Well, it looks better than when I went when the only coaster was a dragon coaster. Oh well, at least Adventureland is just down the road, but the Iowa State Fair has a terrible midway.(however, it looks 100 times better than 2005) The rest of the fair looks okay, considering it's Iowa, but overall, it looks like an average fair.
  7. $2,000,000 to build Originally a traveling coaster blue track
  8. I don't like the name, and even though MGM decided to drop the partnership, the park could have just been called Disney Studios. The name they chose seems too long, but I'll probably continue to call it MGM. I think they chose Hollywood Studios over Disney Studios because Universal Studios is also in Orlando, and Disney might have thought some problems would arise.
  9. Wow, you really had a rough time weather wise, but at least it sounds like you are having a lot of fun. I'm confused at the way you took since I thought you would go to SFSTL and Branson, but you suddenly went to the dells.(although riding coasters in 100* heat doesn't sound fun) Oh well, maybe those are another trip, have fun the rest of the trip.
  10. I thought they did one already... See, ACErs They would probably make fun of the enthusiast community, and Peter would find a way to break every park rule, get upset with the ride ops, and probably break several rides. Stewie (and probably Brian) would get lost, and the family will try to avoid being kicked out/try to get back in when kicked out.

  12. Awesome, and this should be a big improvement over the over-the-shoulder restraints. Although, since there is no padding, it looks like it is going to hurt if you hit it during the ride. It is a big improvement, and if this works, maybe more will be replaced with these.
  13. Batman: The Ride, at Great America, yesterday:
  14. Well, Disney could probably charge $100, and people would still come since every kid wants to go to Disney World. Now $71 is a lot of money, but I'd rather pay that than the $55 for Great America. Link
  15. ^Exactly, and since it is so easy to fake back and neck injuries, you basically just have to say ow, and since this doesn't seem to be legit, I doubt their "injuries" will hold up in court. I will feel bad if they really were injured, but this whole story just seems like an excuse to get some money.
  16. I just find it strange that no one else was hurt, but maybe there was something wrong with the cars they were in. The story just seems a little strange, almost as if they have back/neck problems or they like to complain over minor incidents. Now if more were injured, then that would be different, but the fact that the only people who were hurt were from the same group seems strange. Now again, it could be the ride vehicle, but the whole story seems strange.
