This is very cool! Congradulations, you deserve it! Juno is my favorite movie I have seen this year! -
Yeah, I am really hoping that speed bump thing doesn't ruin them. If just they did the fast forward...unless they didn't want to get tattoos. But then they wouldn't have come in last! Ahhhh, it was the most stressful episode!! I could barely stay seated because the goths are definitely my favorite, by FAR.

Just saw the Blair Witch Project. This movie was so creepy and scary I don't know if I could watch it again. The last like 3 minutes are the scariest of any movie for me. Anyone else think so too? Anyway, it was very good, a little slow, but very scary and interesting. Its been an hour since it ended and I swear, I'm still getting shivers thinking about it. 9/10

At your favorite park...
jimbobcoaster replied to coastermaniac's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I haven't been to enough great parks. My favorite so far is SFMM. Best-Tatsu Worst-hmmmm...I'm not really a fan of any of the other B&M's there, so for me, its probably Scream. I don't know, I just don't like inversion after invervion after inversion. -

Yeah, I would definitely agree that Riddler's Revenge has a good second half. Its actually what I would consider the better half of the ride. Good corkscrew, nice little dose of airtime, then a very intense final corkscrew. -
I just saw Hot Fuzz. It wasn't nearly as good as I was hoping or as good as Shaun of the Dead, which I loved. For some reason, I just didn't like it that much, and a few deaths are way over the top.

Rides you won't do again
jimbobcoaster replied to spaceace12's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I honestly would say that there isn't a roller coaster I wouldn't ride again because I know that even if I don't like it, I will ride it if I'm at the park. If that made sense. A few coasters that i wouldn't feel the need to go on again (even though I know I will) are: -Kong (SFDK), its slow, rough, boring, and it gives me a headache. There really isn't anything fun about it. -Roar (SFDK). I haven't really heard anyone say anything bad about this, but wow, I think it is so rough. It gives me a bigger headache than Kong does. The train just shuffles excessively throughout the ride and makes Colossus and Ghostrider feel like butter. -Superwirbel (Holiday Park). Its just boring and a headbanger. Not much fun at all. Even though I don't like these, I know, next time I'm at these parks, I will probably ride them -

Thanks very much for the comment! Again, if anyone can rate on coastersims, that would be great, I still need 3 more rates to qualify for a medal, that is if the other 3 raters like it -
This is my entry for the "Think inside the box" contest over at weeweeslap.com. The amount of space given really made it difficult, but I think it turned out pretty well! I focused primarily on airtime and lateral forces and it is quite intense and fast. Enjoy! Pics can be seen here http://www.nolimitsdevcenter.net/p3679 -Uses 1.6 friction but i think it works with 1.55 friction, just a little slower. -G's are in the proper boundaries -Passes tunnel testing in 1.6 but I'm not sure if it passes with 1.55 tunnels -It passes e-stop testing. -It has 11 areas of airtime. -It ends with a high positive g force and later g force helix! -It is about 1160 meters of intense, compact woodiness. -Enjoy! -Please comment and if possible, please rate on coastersims.com http://coastersims.com/parkmap.asp?Searchtext=jimbobcoaster&Action=Search It is the second from the top as of right now. If you can, that would be great because I am hoping to get a weekly medal of some sort and I need a few more rates! Knotted Forest.nltrack

Late Night With Chocolate Thunder & Ryan King!
jimbobcoaster replied to Ryan King's topic in Random, Random, Random
Awesome show! I watched most of it, it was pretty funny! Hope you do it tomorrow! -
So as I promised, here is my review: This ride is excellent! You did very well with the amount of space given. The layout didn't feel claustrophobic which is very difficult to achieve with that template. It felt very organized and I really liked that. Next, the track was very smooth. I personally can't get my tracks that smooth. There were a few little pumps, especially some tiny ones near the end, but I really can't complain. Also, there was one drop that felt a little rough and that was the one that looked like a double down but came after a turn that went down, if that makes sense. Again though, I really can't complain about the trackwork or the support work because they are both excellent. The ride itself had a lot of good airtime and laterals which were great. You did well with airtime which is another difficult thing to do in such a small space. Also, the first half, the speed was constant and very intense, so that was great. The only thing is that after the first half, the end felt slower and didn't have much airtime, only turns that felt slower than the beginning. For the most part though, this was an exciting ride. So well done, and I think your coaster is the best in the contest!

I just saw Dawn of the Dead (remake) and it was really good! Really intense, pretty scary, entertaining, and just a good movie. I also saw Black Christmas. It was kind of entertaining but it was a pretty bad movie. Not really scary and not very interesting.

THanks for the advice, I'll try smoothing it out some. I'll be honest though, I have trouble making it smoother than it already is. Does anyone have any smoothing tips?
