  1. Here ya go Robb: // for all you do this Buds for you ... and Donkeys
  2. I am glad that they are breaking apart the parks. The two year plan they have for the Waterpark looks excellent and it should be very impressive when completed. They sinking BIG BUCKS into this project. It should be similar to Dorney but on a much grander scale.
  3. Wasn't she the miracle worker? It's been so long.
  4. And todays Iron Chef theme ingredient is .....
  5. Look for this sign to show up soon: Bonus points if you can name the park/ride
  6. Wow! I always thought you had to go to PA if you wanted to meet up with Todd. Looks like you guys got your hands on some jammin food during your trip. I have gotten premium parking everytime I flashed my BGW Platinum Pass, but I did have to ask at Tampa (Both times). Fortunately, I am still toting around my old Platinum Pass which is made of the tougher and more durable plastic. Catrina has the newer pass, but it does not have a photo on it. She had to show her ID at the gate, but now they just do the biometic thingy. I would to be working at any Busch Park gate and have to deal with the amount of pass variations that are currently floating around.
  7. ^ Try that "6 Krispy Kreme in one hour" when you turn 30 and see what the results are then.
  8. Not a virus. It is Windows searching for a data file that does not exist (usually overwritten during an update). You will most likely have to reinstall your OS to solve the problem. Sorry.
  9. Funny! // wondering if the ACErs spiked the water dummies when they got back to the station.
  10. I laughed pretty good when I heard that one, although you forgot the follow-up: "I'm gonna crash"
  11. So many things wrong ... with ... post ... must ... resist ...
  12. Sorry to hear that your day went so horribly, but your report was pretty entertaining because I think that most of us can really relate to the experience. What really saddens me is the people who only see parks like this and have a really warped perception of what the theme park experience really is.
  13. ^ Shouldn't be a problem. After all ... it's at Idlewild.
  14. I have heard that there is no possible way to save the coaster with out re-footering the entire course. If Clementon had the money, I am guessing that it would be history.
  15. I bet is was an arguement over line jumping
  16. Congrats Wes. I am all about another avatar contest. Now .... what's the next theme?
  17. Looks really nice. Good to see one of the old Arrow flumes back in action. I will have to get up there and check it out in the near future.
  18. ^ Great Lakes was at the festival. We didn't stop by though, because John has two kegs tapped in his basement right now (Pale Ale and Stout).
  19. The dates are listed in the PDF
  20. Hetero Days = Night of Joy
  21. Yesterday afternoon most of my pool team met up down at John's house for a few juicy steaks before heading to Pittsburgh for the Annual Pennsylvania Microbrewers Festival. Here are some pictures: To finish off the evening, I grabbed a bass and jammed a couple tunes with Izzy. After the beer festival we headed to Mustang Sally (Back in Weirton) where Izzy was playing the blues. Another John poses for a picture with his wife. A shot of John and Cathy. Thanks again to Cathy for being the DD. It was a really cool gesture on her part. Another shot of the Blues Orphans The Troeggs booth. Now these hippies can make some serious beer. The crowd seems to agree as they gather round the front of the stage. The "Blues Orphans" were actually a very good band. They played throughout the whole session. Cheers! Dave in a feeble attempt to flip me off while I get a shot of Jeff and John (yet another John) posing in front of the band Some of the group pauses long enough for a picture. The Dogfish Head booth distributes the goods. Paul is just happy to be out of the van. The line for the 8pm session is starting to work it's way down the street. The Penn Brewery is right outside of downtown Pittsburgh. You can see the skyline pretty well from the entrance. We parked by the Dogfish Head van, so we figured a photo was in order. We pull up to the Penn Brewery for the 8-11pm session. The Penn Brewery makes some of the finest German style beers in the US. Can we get out of the van yet? Along the way, we pass PNC Park. Home of the Pittsburgh Pirates Jeff and I grab a seat in the back row. The drive to Pittsburgh is about 40 minutes from the house. After our meal, we piled in the van. 14 people in all! Big thank you to Cathy (John's wife) for being the DD. Chimay (That's right ... the Belgium Beer) welcomes everybody with a big grin. John (John's Brother in law) mans the grill.
  22. Did you read the whole post. If all the seatbelt lengths are all different than what good does a test seat really do?
  23. Any video with Mrs. Lillian in it is alright in my book. Dave IS a trip at the parks and is filled with more memorable quotes than most people I know. The teacup rides looked completely insane.
  24. What is with the Frozen BitBurger? I thought that Germans did not like their beer super cold. Why must your friend wear the New England Jersey. They have come into our house twice and broken my heart. (Steelers Fan) Great DR. I should have a good one to post tomorrow. I am heading to the Pennsylvania Micro Brew fest in a few minutes
