  1. Wow, I am even more happy I signed up. Cannot wait for the board to open so we can start talking!
  2. Awesome! Look forward to seeing you. Both myself and Carm, the guy that came last time with me, are coming.
  3. Your fault, you got me addicted You coming on the Texas/Mid America trip?
  4. I've got my wand ready to go whenever you are! I am going back to Pigeon Forge in March and Maqiquest is on my hit list!
  5. After visiting this park during New Hotness this summer I can say that this is a great addition indeed. Camp grounds, great rides, amazing old school vibe and now a water park. Good job Lake Winnie!
  6. Any park with a coaster on the side of what is basically a cliff automatically has the best coaster views ever. So jealous of your China trip. Thanks for all the updates.
  7. I am happy for this announcement. KD really is a good park and expanding the kids area and re-themeing it will only add to the diversity the park has to offer. It's not all about thrill rides and coasters people.
  8. Couldn't agree more. With that logic Behemoth from Wonderland should be on their as there to keep consistent with Diamondback, Goliath and Intimidator.
  9. Speaking as someone who has only been there once I will say this. Don't plan too much. Go, have fun, try everything, and just enjoy. Its such an amazing park and environment going in with too much of a game plan in my eyes would ruin in a bit. As for dogs, I know for sure the boat ride allows dogs. In regards to food, eat everything. The corn nuggets were amazing as is the pizza. Try to find some White Birch Beer too as that was pretty good. Aside from that, just go and enjoy. It is easily my new favorite park.
  10. Great TR. I will be posting pictures soon too. Came home in pain and found out that about a week into the trip (I think on Hurler at KD though I cannot pinpoint for sure) I broke 2 ribs on my left side. Guess those 4 rounds on Georgia Cyclone for the water challenge weren't much help either. The thing is though, I'd do it all over again. Broken ribs and all!
  11. Sure did. Sounds amazing and can't wait for all the "cool stuff".
  12. ^See you there buddy. This will be my unofficial kick off to the New Hotness trip! So excited.
  13. I am sitting at work moving back and forth while trying to figure out a plan. I am sure my co workers now think I've lost my mind. The transition into the helix after the first launch is where I am worried as that is quite the jolt.
  14. I've yet to be in the line for Leviathan for example and ever feel like I am waiting longer because of the Fast Lane guests. I am sure that it may add time to my wait, but I've never actually felt it. If operations are done right, which Wonderland has been good with so far, then the impact in minimal at most. I won't argue any of the other points as it's kind of either a love or hate situation with any quick queue type service. I am for them 100% without issue.
  15. I could be wrong but this is the first Night ERT session on Leviathan ever. No other group has done night ERT. Leave it to TPR to make this event even more epic and filled with originality. We can purchase Fast Lane by itself in the store right? Say we've already bought the ticket and want to add on the Fast Lane.
  16. Finally. I've been curious why they hadn't built a "budget" hotel as of yet. I guess with the success of Potter and Potter 2.0 + Mystery Attraction coming in they know full on that the demand will be there. Regardless if it includes the Express Pass or not I'd still choose to stay here just for the convenience alone. Good job USO
  17. ^That photo sums up exactly what I was thinking reading that post. Couldn't put it any better myself. I am really intrigued with this project. Not sure when I'd ever make it out to Silver Dollar City but with how this is shaping up, I may have to find a way.
  18. ^ Defiantly could help the ride a little bit but still not sure, at least for me, that changing that would really change the ride experience too much. The thrill of not knowing what's next though could be fun.
  19. I've never been one to really enjoy Sledge Hammer. It's a great ride to watch, but riding it always leaves me with a "meh" feeling afterwards. Personally right now a flat that would excite me would be something like Air Race at Luna Park in NYC. Ever since seeing the POV I've found that it would be a great fit into the park. Or we could just take the Topple Tower from Marineland
