Just got home from the park...I will most more in depth report but here are some notes and impressions. 1. got to ride 3 times today...once at opening took a 1hr wait front seat, second ride was after what were were told was going to be 3 or 3 and a half hour wait by Nick (awesome ride op working the front of the train all night cept when he had to shut the line down at 7:30 to new riders, second ride was in front as well, and then we noticed they started letting people get in again so we went for our third ride. Ended up being the LAST train of the night just around 10:15pm...it was a picture perfect wait to end the night..and yes in the front again. 2. AIRTIME AIRTIME AIRTIME, can't stress it enough. 3. Love the new area, however i strongly dislike the sign. Somehow it doesn't scream BEHEMOTH to me enough. 4. Great DJ even though he was only filling in...informed me he's actually the manager for Splash Works... 5. The crew...amazing loading times and cycle times...great job team...and Chris, who looked like a manager was doing a great job stopping line jumpers which was a BIG problem tonight. Not that it was expected, but several people were removed from the ride throughout our time there for line jumping and I praise CW for doing something about this and not ignoring the issue. So to sum it up, as you can tell, i LOVE this ride. Gotta be honest, it's probably better, for my at least, then Millenium Force...simply because of how much air this ride gives. Photos and videos will follow tomorrow once I recover and get some much needed rest. Goodnight and RIDE ON!!! -

Ya, come opening day...I am sure once the non believers get on and ride, I think, and hope, we will all be in for a surprise.... I cannot wait to ride this beast...it's been far too long without a quality coaster in our park. We have a lot of coasters and I love them all...okay well minus Tomb Raider (now Time Warp...wish it could take a time warp back and away from us)...but this ride will own them all!!! -

coastrfreak2000 I am thinking the same...up to the turnaround everything is great....but it does seem to lose a bit of speed coming back...HOWEVER, remember 1) they are still testing everything out, and 2) it was running in the rain, so perhaps the trims were harder today...who knows. -

Just got back from processing my seasons pass at Wonderland today, and here are some updated photos and a video will follow. Here's the view of Behemoth from the front gate (sorry for the blur, I was walking at the time) Here is a great overview ride finale and train the brake run. Closer view of the finale. Curvy helix goodness. MMMMmmm helix!!! Station (sorry digital zoom) Mmmm B&M goodness. The video will follow soon, once I upload it. Enjoy and 13 days and counting till SPPN. -
Personally I'll wait as long as it takes to find out the information as I know Robb and the guys at TPR are going to put together an amazing day. The first TPR event in Canada...that alone is gets me excited. It's only 16 days left here until Season Pass preview night, which I will be attending and providing a Photo TR for... So TPR, keep up the great work and we all look forward to what will be an amazing event. - Josh

So me and a buddy went up to the park today in anticipation of the topping off of the lift. We were there between 1pm and 4pm.. so here's some of the stuff we saw. 1. First the final section of the support was still not in place when we arrived. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5577.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5596.jpg 2. This is it guys, the top of Behemoth, right in front of me...how tempting it was to touch. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5599.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5600.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5607.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5609.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5615.jpg 3. A view through the mess of track and supports that are waiting to come together for this beauty of a coaster. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5620.jpg 4. Station seemed to be a central hub of activity while we were there. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5632.jpg 5. This seriously is gorgeous, no word of a lie, this coaster is bringing sexy back. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5636.jpg 6. A shot through the houses in the area...bet they are a happy bunch right now. Wink http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5677.jpg 7. Two quick shots coming back onto Hwy 400 http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5690.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5699.jpg 8. While we were there...we noticed this... http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5652.jpg http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5651.jpg ...yes it's already scratched hehehe...still gorgeous though. 9. Right before we left they starting unloading the final straight lift piece and top of the lift for prep for the long ride up to the top. http://i233.photobucket.com/albums/ee300/pcwnut/DSCN5663.jpg Till next time...Enjoy!!! -

Dumb question but when it says Double Occupancy thing, does that mean its like 2000 for two people or still 2000 each? I am confused on that. -
I didn't get a pass this season as I couldn't justify it for a couple new restaurants, however with this rumor I would definitly buy one next year. Has anyone actually seen this thing in the parking lot? "2008 - New B&M Coaster - Semi-Confirmed - (6/15/07) Screamscape sources have confirmed that the park has plans to build a new coaster for 2008. The station will be located across from the Italian Job station and if the rumors are right, this will be a B&M coaster standing approximately 200 feet tall. While this could be a Hypercoaster, I’ve also heard that the layout appeared to be on the short and simple side, which could also be an indicator that it may be a Dive Machine instead. "
