Its sinking!!!! Is it really going to be closed next weekend too? that is going to be really bad if it is, especially with the concert on saturday! Its going to be a nightmare that saturday.

I have to say Hit and Miss at carowinds, I give them points for retracking thunder road, even though the ride still doesnt get the greatest amount of airtime. Operation of rides is so-so, people are getting less enthusiastic as the year goes on about their jobs. Our park is noticably cleaner than last year however and we didnt get hit too hard by the Trashcan Nazi's Overall I give CF a so-so rating, but im hoping that will increase with the next couple of years.

I honestly dont know what to say right now. I have had great experiences at both CF and SF, and I have had bad experiences with both. Personally I'm going to wait a little bit longer before making a final judgement, but it seems to me that SF is headed upwards, and CF is declining right now.

Well I went to work today and got a chance to look around top gun, i think i found the culprit for the downtime. This is definately something I have never seen before. Basically the support outlined in red was unbolted laying on the ground, with the ground where the footer lay completely dug up and the footer nowhere to be seen. Picture thanks to www.rcdb.com

Best: Maverick with a 30 or less minute wait Worst: I wasnt allowed to ride until my brother got there so he could ride with me and my friend, once my brother got to the que it was probably about an hour and 45 minute wait....

I would vote for BGE any day! as long as they dont have anyone sticking screwdrivers in the restraints No but seriously BGE is a little of everything that adds up to be a great park for any family, including great scenery, theming, and shows for those not as interested in roller coasters. I highly reccomend BGE

caught red handed Well the point is to have fun wether or not top gun is open, it just makes something to look forward to next time! Besides Darkstitch and i have had fun at Carowinds even though top gun was closed so just ride everything else and have fun!

What I hate is the Outer loop of Charlotte, when im headed home from work sometimes I get stuck in rush hour traffic, it is the slowest because the highway goes from 3 lanes to 2 lanes. Even when it is not rush hour it is still backed up from this bottleneck. What has really made me angry is that while i have merged into one of the 2 correct lanes, everyone else despite signs has to stay in the right lane which is an exit only lane where the bottleneck is, causing more backups as they try and merge. What also makes me really mad are those, " Ohh well im more important than you so im going tol drive on the shoulder for a couple miles past this backup, because clearly I'm more important than you guys stuck in traffic and i deserve better than to sit in traffic." Those people make me sick.

I'm not a hundred percent sure, but i think its just some preventative maintinance, it will probably only be closed on those dates listed, however I am not positive so dont take my word for it.

I can't wait to hear about these new renovations, I havent been to disneyworld in a very long time unfortunately so i don't remember the spider scene, but from the sounds of it, it sounds like the spider scene was kinda pointless and boring. Its nice to know that they are giving the Haunted mansion some tender love and care.

Wow.. I have never actually seen that picture of the guy taking a leak, thats pretty funny! As for the Parade float on the new webcam, that is kinda annoying that they overhype everything, OMG! its the best thing in the world! a parade float!!!!

just 80 degrees?!? lucky... down here its in the high nineties, just last week it hit 104 degrees! with no rain in about 3 weeks, we're 7 inches under normal rainfall currently >.>

I like the dark green color the most personally, to me it kinda gives me the feel of an alpine village.

ohh I also Rode KD's Drop Zone 1 to 2 days after the incident so it must have had a very quick reinspection
