  1. After finishing my SFMM park, I decided to start 3 new parks. 2 of them will be "real-parks" and 1 will be created by myself. Hersheypark West The storyline goes like this... To celebrate the park's 100th anniversery, becides building the waterpark, the company is looking to build a theme park out on the west coast and you are in charge of designing it! This is going to be my best project yet with a realistic design. So far 1 area is almost completed called Yester Land which has a space theme to it. It features 1 extemely unique LIM launced coaster called Galaxy Trooper. It follows the footprint of a Dive Machine coaster that was once there, but it was removed because it kept valleying. I'll put up the landscape scenario that I started out with later, but I has some custom scenery in it so you'll need to have those items for it to work. Coney Island will be a re-creation of that old park in Cinncinnatti Ohio. SFOG will be a re-creation of that southern Six Flags park. Screens coming soon.
  2. I'm going to call it quits for this park. Becides, right now I have 3 new parks planned. The park is going under the name Coaster Corperation's (or Coaster Corp.) Magic Mountain. It features a numerous number of new coasters, rides, and buildings. Coaster Corp is a theme park chain similar to Six Flags and will be known for it's 5 star attractions and extreme theme parks. Below is the download and you need the original park I made for it to work. Future parks... -Hersheypark West -Coney Island Cincinatti -Six Flags Over Georgia (Parks subject to change) Copy of Six Flags Magic Mountain3.zip Coaster Corps. (Six Flags) Magic Mountain
  3. Not bad. It seems to be themed nicely, but it kind of seems like you had a long wait time.
  4. Those trains look freakin' sweet!
  5. Around 650 peeps. I don't know what the queue time is, maybe around 30 mins?
  6. I downloaded mine at ja227's website here> http://www.geocities.com/jmanderson_2000/trainers/trainers.htm Just a question, I've been having trouble with the "Any Height Construction" button. I know I got it to work a long time ago, but some how it doesn't seem to do anything when I click it when I'm building a coaster. Can somebody answer this? -Chris
  7. Whoops! Sorry, I must'v got it mixed up with the train/monorail thing in the paragraph above.
  8. It's true, here's another topic related to it. Inside is more info. http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=32630
  9. Apperently I just heard that she just checked into rehab because of her meltdown. Can you believe that these are the people that our role models to kids?!?
  10. I just checked the website and they have now added the slides to the rides list and it includes details on who manufactured them. Here's a link. http://www.hersheypa.com/attractions/hersheypark/rides/results.asp?rh=99&pa=10&rt=99&rr=99&Submit.x=46&Submit.y=24 I can't wait to see this and plus they're going to have fireworks in the park each night like disney and a bunch of other stuff as well!
  11. Excellent Job with the parks and the updates. Geboldi Lake is a really great park, it has so much potential that I don't know where to start! The design of your coasters and your scenery use was great. What are you future plans as of new parks?
  12. You're right, those 4 or 5 divorces must've gone to her head right now, literally.
  13. We got like 6 or 7 inchs of Snow and sleet. Trying to shovel it up breaks your back. I HATE SNOW!
  14. Yes it is, but my dad works at home designing car batteries using it, so his company got it for him. Gav, I've got an idea for the cars. 2 cars will equal a train and each car has 2 seats per a side with 2 rows per a car. The part I'm stuck on is the design for the chasis in the middle of the cars. I'll try to put a pic of it up later. -Chris
  15. My parents still say no about no limits because they aren't willing to pay for it! Even if I offered to pay for it they'd still say no. Looks like I'm going to have to go on with the project without it. Oh well.
  16. Storm Runner. My friend even has it as a ringtone.
  17. The new dive machine was a huge hit! When it first opened nearly 500 peeps headed right for the ride! That ment I needed to expand the queue line and add some entertainers. The number of guests in the park is up near 6,000, the most I ever had in a park!!! To lessen the impact of the lines, I built an Air Powered Coaster near Scream! and that brings even more guests into the park! Holy crap! That's a long line!!!! The new Dive Machine is called Sky Driver.
  18. I don't have No Limits, I want it, but my parents won't let me buy it. I told them about it around X-mas time and they said, they'll think about it. I'll ask them again.
  19. Thanks. This forum is a great place to meet new people and to share the latest info on new rides, attractions, coasters or just random stuff. Also, thanks for allowing me to put a topic up for my grad. project. I hope to go on one of your group trips in the future! -Chris
  20. Yes, it's possible. It could fit in the area near Flashback and Granny Grand Prix. I'll look into doing that. Thanks.
  21. Here's my advice... 1. Wear leg pads for Thunderhawk because it rattle you like heck! 2.Skip the kiddie coasters. Those aren't worth it unless you want to go credit whoring. 3. I'd include Wildwater Kingdom into your trip because it has some great and thrilling slides. 4. I'd recomend you to eat at anyplace you want to because when I went there me and my family ate at a Subway there. 5. Becides that, ride Steel Fore, Hydra, Thunderhawk, Talon and Laser, they're great!
  22. Sorry. Not completed yet. By the way there's almost over 5,500 guests in the park so I added underground paths for a much easier way of getting around.
  23. I e-mailed you guys through the website. Did you get it?
  24. I haven't really been working in an order so heres an update. The completed water park. The entrance and the first four waterslides. The land has been cleared and parts have arrived for the water park! This lift launched family coaster goes at 30 mph, but later it was removed after constant break downs. It is planned that a dive machine will replace it.
  25. Sorry for the lack of updates, I was just sorting out some things with the project in the terms of what to do. Here are the changes. -I'll try to add 2 small updates and one large update with a video. I was talking to my Tech Ed. teacher about my project and he gave me some good pointers of what I should do. -Spead the word about the project like going to not just one website, but some others too to see what others think about the project. -Talk to some experts to see what they think. There's so many others that are not really that important to mention right now, but another big thing is doing an Inventor drawing of the project. Inventor is a program that allows you to create 3D images of objects which means that it can give you an image of the whole project before it's even built! It also can transfer it into an AutoCAD drawing which kills two birds with one stone. I'll try to get a big update together soon with a possible video. -Chris
