I'm not watching that. This is going to be the movie I have anticipated more than any other movie, I'm not going to ruin any of it.

What the Fart are you talking about?

I absolutely LOVE long storm, gray skies, high winds and LOTS of rain. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! It's exciting to watch, but also, the longer the sun is not out, the cooler it gets!

Coaster Dynamix Model

Honestly, that turned me off at first too, but it's going at a scale speed. If you spin one of the wheels it continues spinning for about 20 seconds. I enjoy pushing it around the track with my hand and just watching it twist and turn. -

It took me nine hours to put ti together, but the time flew by. Everything is very sturdy, easy to put together, and high quality. In my opinion it is worth every penny. And It has a 1 ft by four ft footprint, and it about 2 feet tall. I have two places I have it. On my shelf, and on my desk I keep i on my shelf, but put it on my desk sometimes. Who wants a video? Oh yeah? Everyone says how much a pain it is to snap on the cross ties. The real pain comes from putting the supports together. OUCH! I call this picture "vekoma hands" -
Geee...thanks for your awesome support. You've just become my new favorite member. Between your well thought out statement, and amazing use of grammar, capitalization and punctuation, you're going to fit in GREAT here! --Robb "I did produce CoD:UO for the PC too..." Alvey I did not realize grammar on an internet forum was so important. It isn't as important as it is on an essay, but you should at least try.

Well here it is! It took me about 9 hours to build and I finally have pictures! Enjoy! The outside of the box Everything inside the box once I opened it The trains were much smaller than I expected. I can't believe how much quality and detail they fit into these small trains. Not to mention, the wheels are of such high quality, I couldn't believe it. When you spin one of the wheels, it keeps going for about 20 seconds. In my hand is one of the wheels, inside it's housing. Putting the supports for this kit together was SO PAINFUL! I have a mark on my hand a day later from pressing the pieces together. More items from the kit, including the train support tubes, assembled lift motor, power supply, and the bag of 300 cross ties. A single car from the train, shown next to $1 for scale. Train climbs the lift. Coasterdynamix uses these clever connecters that resemble real spine segments endings to connect the sections of spine. Twisted rails everywhere on the scorpion The lift motor, drive shaft, and train -
Your favorite coaster tunnel

The throat and rectum of Florida's Space mountain (in other words, the blue tunnel in the beginning and the red on at the end. Why? Because you can touch the ceiling. -

I think they may be predicting a few problems, and therefore, by building it early, they can try and get it fixed before it opens. -

Gwazi Lion at BGT. Any Bumpy coaster that has a lot of +G force hurts really bad.

Name chosen for new BGE coaster?

Pretty cool once you think about it. However, I prefer the spelling "Griffin" to "Griffon" -
Hm... that looks different than the Expedition Everest track... Actually, it kinda reminds me of Premier. YEah, I rode Expedition Everest, it was SO FREAKIN SMOOTH! I couldn't believe it! Also, when the guide wheels are one the outside of the track, it prevents the rails from being mishapen over time.

On B&M coasters, below the station there is a "lever" that controls the restraints for every two cars in the train. They are locked by default, as coasterfanatic said, however, when the ride op pushes the button, this lever pushes up, pushing up on a device with wheels that unlocks the train. I may be mistaken, what i just said may be backwards, but I am pretty sure down=locked. See the red lever to the right of the wheels (the one with the green sensor)? http://www.rcdb.com/ig2662.htm?picture=61 I am almost 100% positive that that is the device that unlocks the restraints.

Testing Theme Park Review iPod Videos!
Jumboshrmp replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Well, that does make sense, and I understand it would be a lot of work. But I know that if you convert videos into mp4, you might as well put them in an RSS feed, and submit it to iTunes (probably your plan anyway). iTunes can handle video feeds, and you can even use it to watch them. Doing this would definitely bring more interest from different groups of people. -

Well,, I use my video function on my iPod all the time, and you simply get the video on the iPod by dragging it into your iPod's icon it the iTunes directory list. I would LOVE a TPR podcast, prefferably audio though. You could set up a libsyn account, but since you already have a site (with plenty of storage and bandwidth, judging by the fact that you allow anyone to upload 30 MB videos), you can just put the podcasts ont he site, create an RSS feed, and submit it to iTunes. The process is easier if you create a blog-like page, then it creates the feed for you. I'm sure you know enough about web design and computers it should be no problem. I would absolutely love a talk show style podcast with absolutely whatever you want. You can record yourself at the park, or even just talk about random things at home. It would be awesome! Also, I have watched many TPR videos on my iPod, the only difference is that I have converted them myself.
