Hmmm......Six Flags America did get Mardi Gras this past season. They themed an area with a relocated coaster, retheme of existing ride, and a new ride. They really didn't invest tons of money with that SFA project. If SFFT is going to be getting a new coaster and not a relocated coaster, I don't think they're going to invest millions in a new coaster purchase plus a retheme of Rockville. Since they mentioned Urban Renewal Project, I'm thinking they're just going to update and spruce up the area. Can't see them retheming an an area to Gotham City considering Batman was a craze of the late 80's early 90's. (yes I know there are still Batman movies being made but the Batman theme isn't as family friendly as it once used to be.) The DC Universe thing.....ehhh...Just don't see it happening. Six Flags just isn't into spending the money they used to on attractions and theming. (Unless it's SFMM, SFGAm, or SFGAdv) Oh well....I guess we'll know in 8 LONG DAYS. They sure know how to mess with us. (some people with a bit more far fetched imaginations than others)

"Six Flags!!! More Flags, More clones!!!" -
Crazy thing is I don't recall them making sucks huge deal with iRat as they're doing with #SFFT2015. I was in San Antonio for the weekend and was gonna hit the park on Saturday for a few hours to check things out but when I saw the parking lot about 3/4 full I decided against that. I was at least able to see the yellow balloon flying high in Rockville.

I was unaware this ride even existed until now. No friggin' way. Six Flags really is that lazy to build a third clone in the same area? I mean, yeah, their second, but did they even know SeaWorld had one? Edit - Just checked Google maps. SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas are 14.3 miles apart. ^^ Well Six Flags had Gambit aka Batman the Ride from Six Flags New Orleans so rather than letting it sit and rot away in a closed park that they had no intention of reopening, they moved it to SFFT and marketed it as a new attraction. Most people as far as General Public don't even know that Goliath is a mirror image of Great White. And if course the upside is that SFFT has two awesome B&M coasters because of it. It may not make sense to coaster enthusiasts but it was a good move for SFFT regardless.

2021: Six Flags St Louis becomes the next SFAW. -
What Air Force base are you referring to? And the height restriction city mandated? Titan was supposed to be installed at SFFT not SFoT. Don't think height was the issue. If anything, the La Cantera development has a say in the height restriction kinda like an HOA. they own and call the shots in how things are done in that entire development, from the mall to the new Residences at La Cantera to the Westin and to the Golf course.

Oh God, here we go again................... Lmao!!! At this point we just need to hope Sfstl doesn't become the next SFAW. -
I think it's pretty obvious they're messing around with us now on the Facebook post and tweets. They read these boards all the time. That last tweet wasn't a hint. I'd say they're poking fun at all the speculation between people thinking wood or steel or RMC or Rye Airplane coaster or Free fly X, etc. I think it's safe to say they're gonna keep most people confused and speculating until August 28th.

S&S Sansei Discussion Thread

So with Motorama closing at SFFT and this new S&S coaster having a Zac Spin foot print, I'm going to assume that if it goes to SFFT they're going to use the Motorama station for the coaster. The pic below shows Motorama's station (just above center of the pic). Looks like that area would fit a coaster with a thin footprint perfectly. (I'm guessing) The only thing about this is it's rumored that The Hustler (pool balls lower right of the pic) are going to be removed as well. If that's the case I don't see why they would need so much space for a small footprint coaster. -

I'm surprised there hasn't been more SFStL "dream" posts. -

SKC coaster track began arriving at SFFT in September 1999 so it is possible that coaster track would start getting delivered soon if it is indeed going to be a B&M. SFFT SKC track pics Sept 1999 Track was hidden behind Lone Star Lil's Amphitheater. That was the last season I worked at SFFT. I knew these pics were still online somewhere. Doesn't mean SFFT is getting another B&M but you never know. -

Like I posted before, maybe it was a cheap shot at B&M. LOL
