Theme Park Review's 2007 Group Trips!

Great! I talked to my Dad last night, he's totally cool with it! Tonight when we both get home from work, we're going to set up a PayPal account (his) and pay our deposit threw that. -
I like this, I'm glad it came back. 1. Just got my first 'REAL' job as a lifeguard one month ago. 2. Millennium Force, and Wicked Twister scare the living crap out of me. 3. Warped Tour 2006 was my first big concert. 4. Has 26 song credits in iTunes from the Pepsi caps still. 5. I have Taphephobia and a MAJOR case of trypanophobia.

Some red extream uber forces in those sharp turns. But other than that, good coaster, interesting concept. Fix the brakes. I like. -
This is VERY cool! I use to be a huge K'nex nerd, but dropped out quite quickly.

I've gone every other weekend or weekdays for the past 7 or so years. Never heard one person say that. Rumors have it that two different companies are fighting over the park, with bids over $180million. -
^FL's a lil' to far. I'll talk to my mom when she gets back from Las Vegas about an internship at Disneyland.

Holden your to skinny, EAT SOMETHING!

To graduate high school, I need to have 100 hours of internship done. In 3 different fields. I already have one in a tattoo parlor for next summer, but I'd like one in the amusement park industry. Any ideas? I was actually planning on getting contact with S&S in Utah for a summer internship, but Im not sure how their financial situation will be in a year. If it was S&S, we could get an apartment for the time I'm there. Elitch Gardens is also another possibility. That is if its around next summer. Any ideas? Maybe something on line?

It definitely looks like you had a load of fun. You must of gotten your facts mixed up. The Mad Hatter side is much much better.

Call me crazy. Just throwing another random idea into the mix, a spinning coaster that's launched. -
Well, as of right now, my mom just shot me down on any TPR trip. Her reasons were pretty skim. I gave her most of the information on the 2006 trip, and all available details on the 2007 trips. - To many adults that she doesn't know. - I'll be pressured into to many influences. Maybe when the official details get released, she'll change her mind...

Hence the reason for the "approval" system, I would think. It seems like it's in place because of the lack of supervision, to show that you're responsible enough to take care of your self. The supervison issue shouldn't be a problem as long as you're responsible and aren't going to do stupid stuff. The Alvey's arent there to "babysit", they're there to host a trip. EXACTLY! I personally think of myself as a responsible young adult. I've been able to keep an on going job of babysitting for 2 years, with out any complaints. Its not just sitting the kids in front of the T.V., but cooking, entertaining, taking them to the pool and actually being involved with their actions and growth. There is also my other job, as a lifeguard. I've shown up early, for every single one of my shifts, and if I can't make one, I let my manager know in advance and find a substitute that can take it for me. Also with the fact of saving a few peoples lives before. When you ask one of my friends, or parents, one of the first words that would come out of their mouths would be the fact that I'm responsable. [/egotistical rant]
