Twister II

I just didn't like Stratosphere. Big Shot for me was like nothing, fun, but not really worth doing again. Insanity was just, blah. It didn't excite me at all. X-Scream was the better of the 3. Still, maybe it was because I wasn't in front, but it was not thrilling to me. Canyon Blaster wasn't great for me either. Maybe it was where I was seating, but it was still just rough. Manhattan, well duh. Just see the video.

Boomerang is very smooth compared to other boomerangs. The only bad part is that second lift, which does give a good rattle.

A few weeks ago I went to Las Vegas to help my Mom move out there and unpack and such. Since the moving people didn't decide to show up for a few more days, this is what we did. The best this coaster will probably ever look. "Yo me hommie G'z waz up in da hizouse, check out dem rimzzz" *pop**pop**pop* Here comes the monkey bastards. Time for me to pop my TOGO cherry. "This way to the dragon!". This coaster has major identity crisis. The ugly dragon. This could be like Shrek too, the beautiful princess surrounded by the ugly dragon. Welcome to Shrek hotel and casino. This hotel nicely accomodates any suicide jumpers too. How many hotels can you see? Any hotel that has a sign shaped like a penis is Twister approved. Is that Intamin track I see there!?!? AQUA TRAX! Start the day at Mandalay Bay, probably one of my favorite hotels. The hotel...quite obvious.

Well it depends on how "busy" the op's are on their cell phones. Really though, running more trains may cast the park an ultimate price. I know for a fact, on Twister II at SFEG, the ride crew was asked to run less trains last season. Mostly because the high constant rate of the trains and weight on the structure pretty much destroys itself. For steel coaster it could be something more in depth. Like the ride crew just wouldn't be able to move and work that fast with out stacking trains. Just like on TTD. If all 6 trains run, trains start stacking because the crews can't unload, load, and dispatch quick enough. That crew moves pretty fast too! Another reason, but less likely, would be that some trains are set to run certain days of the week only. Or rehab time for that train.

I would think on the operator's control panel there is a button for the cars to drop, no matter where they would be. Or one inside the tower that mechanics would be able to reach. That just makes since to me. Noticing on Intamin drop towers there is just pretty much a small clamp that's just holding the car.

La Reve is a show that's pretty much Cirque Du Sol, but not. It's all in the water, it's like diving and such. Splash is a good example.

I've had more rides with them off than on. I know a ride op, the chain lift speed determines if the trims go or not.

Good thing SFEG has a Huss Rainbow. Yea, looks like a usual day in the park. Small crowds, most rides open. Twister II was completely all retracked this year, sections of it has already been repainted.

Circus Circus IS ghetto. Its old, and run down. I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott off of Industrial Road. They have some very nice rooms and service. $133 per night isn't bad either!
