^ & ^^ yeah I did pay a little homage to mystery mine. I think that is a really cool section of the coaster on MM so I decided to bororrow a tad bit of it. And we're back with more construction shots. Start work on the second half of the coaster and basically the plan is to continue on the homestretch. Well here are the shots! Stay tuned it will be finish and ready to download before you know it! Another shot of it! as much as I hate building helices I felt this one was needed! tunnel testing the support! Testing out the speed thru the overbank, as well out testing out blocking on the coaster. New movie coming this summer... "The hills have overbank turns"!

WHO CARES!!! If they don have the exact colors of an eposide or have a shade darker than what the bottom of the ocean color. They arent trying to make a cloned bikini bottom enviroment they are basically making a coaster w/ a sponge bob theme! Whats next, complaining that the coaster isnt underwater like the all the episodes!

you also seem to be easily pleased...while this is a good track it is what I call a "safe" design. Nothing totally major but a nice short ride.

Thanks for the replies! Ok im what I think is halfway thru now. This coaster will be the eurofighter to end all lol (not really but I think it's one of my most creative projects to date. I was gonna go w/ the "creature from the black lagoon" scheme but still cannot figure out a theme for it. What I am trying to do is use the ditch to it's maximum capacity and I think i will achieve that. i;m very impressed with this design! The only thing I can suggest is to customize the dispatch settings. I feel w/ the way it is operating right now defeats the purpose of the mid course brake run!

I'm in a eurofighter mood lately and start designing this one today. I'm still in the brainstorming stages of the design but I think I have a few things up my sleeve . The coaster utilizes a 20ft land elevation which in turns allows the coaster to have a short lift and a longer first drop. Here are some early construction shots! The cobra roll and "drunken" vertical loop! the ditch the revised version! The original design was to go into a wrap around corkscrew...but that didnt work out as well as I wanted it to. drop again Showing off the first drop.

DO to the overwhelming replies I think it is time to upload the final product! My reactions to the coaster is that it isnt as fast thru the inversions as I would have wanted it to be but then I realize it is barely over 60 ft and features 4 inversions. The coaster is capable of running 5 trains w/ minimal stacking but i perfer running for virtually no stacking. All elements are hand crafted and I didnt use any assisting tools. I would have liked the track to be a tad bit smoother but again, w/o the use of tools I dont know how to do that. And all the supports are custom supports! Just downloaded and this is what I think. I think this has to be a fantansy coaster because realistically this would totally blow at any park. The lenth is kinda too long to get a good ridership for even a small park. The supports could use a little more work to it especially the ground hugging supports. I like the layout and wish it was not as spread out. I can see this being a launched contunious circuit vs a shuttle. The loop got me drunk at the top of it lol and the pull out of the loop is deadly! Overall I would rather this be a continous circuit instead of a shuttle because it got a little boring

To chime in w/ everyone I think it is cheeper to do the tri tube track vs the flat standard track. Less footers means less digging and less land prep. I think it also depends on what the park wants. I think this coaster could have been made totally 2 tube track but with about double the supports. Even though the new track style was probably available when dollywood got mystery mine, I think to hold on to the mine train charm the entire course was done in 2 tube track!

^ I agree. I just dont see the studios section having "those" type of attractons popping out over the park( and by those I mean coaster running thru the midway). I see that happening over at IOA(a la hulk). But a jaws themed aquatrax sounds sweet!

Once I realized there was the 3 beam option in NL for euro-fighters I decided to take a gander at a small euro fighter. I'm still in the design stage but I know I want an official immelman, a cut back, a corkscrew and a zero g roll...all while reaching the max height of only 69 ft . All the supports are custom and I am trying to make this coaster seem realistic as possible. overview There is a close call with the station The immelman/tophat/peanutbutter and jelly roll/etc... Ok I decided to download the coaster and here are my thoughts... I look at several things when rating a coaster. The main ones are e-stops, stacking during the course and tunnel test. The only one you passed is the estop. The train stacked several times on lift and the mcbr. Dont let the simular think for you. Manupulate the dispatch times so there isnt a range so it dispatches at the same time always. That is one way to fix stacking. The tunnel test failed in the loop. I personally feel the MCBR was not needed because right after it was the final brake run. Try to add it on earlier during the course to pace the ride better. As far as supports im dissapointed! You should almost NEVER use prefab supports for this type of coaster style. honestly the prefab supports are better suited for B&M and vekoma style coasters. Spend a little more time on the supports to make a standout ride. The track styles were kinda well done. I would have used the 3 beam track for the loop to make it more realistic. I would also not start the 3 beam track at the top of the lift. The coaster doesnt pace well due to lots of bumps throughout the track design. Some of the turns were banked more than nessary. I want you to go back and smooth this coaster and do a version 2 of it and try to make it your own coaster and add another eye catching element or 2 to make it a little more interesting.

I don't get how people are saying "OMG this is gonna be a cloned name". Uhhh...Wasn't there already 4 top gun coasters already sharing the same name so why is this any different...or even a shock that all are gonna be called flight deck??

Uhh...did you guys ever find a white LG chocolate phone on the safty brakes of ice dragon? I called and kept getting answers like "oh that side wasnt checked" or "call back at a later time". I dont care about the phone just the pornographic pictures of myself on the memory card! If you can get that back to me I would appreciate it greatly!
