  1. Totally agreed! Sounds like the 2014 Scandi trip is going to epic! How awesome can a trip get with: Legoland, Djurs, Farup,Tusenfryd?, Liseberg, Gronalund, than the questions remains? Will it go to Finland?
  2. Oh... The hell! So exited about this whole trip, TGI Fridays here i come(again)!
  3. Lapbars... I have to go with Big Thunder Mountain, all through i think there are much better coasters out there. I don't see an 80 year old me riding El Toro anymore. It would break my bones because of the awesome airtime. And BTM is just pure fun for the whole family, i prefer the Disneyland Paris version over the Magic Kingdom one. Just because it has these tunnels at the beginning and end of the ride.
  4. For good operations i enjoy Europa Park, what a people can they move on there rides! Other good parks are: Cedar Point, Liseberg, Alton Towers, Knoebels, and more... Also a park where they in my book have good operations(well in untill 2010 at least, don't know after that) is Walibi Holland. And this isn't because i worked there in 2009, they can really work fast on their rides to get the max. out of them!
  5. Lego? I'm thinking more an Swiss-Ikea product...
  6. Or maybe use: www.coast2coaster.com, just one amazing map of parks all around the world!

Universe Valleyfair Mt. Olympus Little Ammerika Anybody wants to join me on some of these trip through the USA? contact me by PM...
  8. I would say that while this tread is more of an American places thing. I;m glad to live in Holland, all kind of parks nearby like: 1-2 hours: Efteling Walibi Holland Toverland Drievliet Slagharen Duinrell and a lor more little parks... Then a little further away you have: Heide Park Movie Park Gemany Phantasialand Walibi Belgium Bobbejaanland And for weekend trips by car: Europa Park Disneyland Resort Paris As for the USA, i would choose Orlando/Tampa as a good place to live
  9. Pleasant surprise: Shambhala: What a great B&M ride this is. I've only ridden in the back seat but this has to my no.2 B&M Hyper right after Apollo! Sky Rocket: Before the RTCP 2011, i didn't read much on forums like TPR. WOW! This ride was a hell the first time(The Rain ERT), but an absolute delight in the full sun! Unpleasant Surprise: Bizarro(SFNE): I would say i did read some great reviews about this ride, but what a letdown this was to me... It's a good coaster but not that world class that many claim it to be! Goliath(La Ronde): Proberly the most boring Hyper i've ever been on!
  10. Well this looks amazing and all, now i'm thinking... How about a high-five woodie, a brand new high-zeroG-five element!
  11. This looks absolutely amazing!
  12. I would say if your going for about ten days, make it trip around Lake Erie, and maybe visit: Cedar Point, Kings Island, Darien Lake, Niagara Falls and Canada's Wonderland'.
  13. Easy! It's the Starflyers for me, just thinking of hanging on chains high up there in the air in a freaking 'basket'! Every time i tell myself: NEVER AGAIN! Then when someone asks me...
  14. All up for Texas/Midwest next year!
  15. Outlaw Run! And some runner ups: Chiapas, Gatekeeper, Iron Rattler, ...
  16. Some of my highlights where: - Ofcourse the visit to the Europa Park Cocktail bar in Collosseo, as always! - Touring through Spain with public transport & a wheelchair + 2 suitcases - Shambhala! Didn't know B&M made such coasters? - And last but not least! The NEW Aquanura watershow at the Efteling!
  17. I see some people don't think 'small'' parks can add GIANT new rides. If that was the case why does Holiday Park build Expedition GeForce... For the other part, i would love to go to Lagoon someday, since i really liked Kennywood and all. I get this feeling that in Lagoon things aren't much different on service ect. We will see what the future holds
  18. Well if i have to guess, i would say Phantasialand, i've got nothing planned yet. But Wintertraum always gets to me somehow. Will see how thinks work out...
  19. It's near the TGI Fridays at Hotel Breakers, or as other would say: Cedar Point!
  20. Basic question: Are there more projects to come over coming years, and can you tell us what to expect from them?
  21. Still very exited about TX/Midwest, it's like 'The Rocky Mountain Road to TGI Fridays!' Just thinking about also saving enough for my West Coast Trip( ) during NYE 2013/2014, and then hoping to still get a shot of saving up for the scandi-trip in 2014!
  22. Oh, it's totally another Road to TGI Fridays tour for me! Can we make that the official trip name for this trip? Mmm, TGI fridays! What a party that was...
  23. The Midwest tour ends at Cleveland.
