Rides that really scare the crap out of me... I would have to say one... any slingshot, any skycoaster, the zipper, ferris wheels, and X-SCREAM. I rode the slingshot (bungee type) and I was so scared that something was going to snap, but the ride its self was great. The skycoaster scared me because I was falling and felt like I was not attached to the ride, plus the slow ride to the top, where the ground keeps getting smaller and smaller, and you never know when you are going to stop at the top. The zipper because it feels so not safe. I thought the door was going to open and I was about to become midway kill. X-Scream. I was so scared rolling off the edge of a 1,000+ft tower. OH OH OH and the freaking SCAD towers....EVIL. I think those are about all the rides that I am really scared of!! Now its picture time scad.bmp That would be the SCAD tower. NEVER DO IT. ITS EVIL. x.bmp I could have died. zip.bmp OMG THATS THE EVIL ZIPPER. sky.bmp Thats the skycoaster that really FREAKED me out!! This would be the slingshot ride that I was scared was about to break. (Sorry its so blury)

Today I had a petrson ask me what motivated me to ride roller coasters, and why I liked them so much! So I told them I am motivated by the experiance, and I like them so much because they are like nothing else. So I was wondering what motivates you all to ride, and why do you enjoy them so much or do you, and why do you keep going back for more?

Personaly I think that slingshot rides are better than Sky coasters, but thats just me! I dont think either one of them are a waste of money, but I would pay anything for a good thrill!

I finally did it! I rode a ride called "The Slingshot" at my state fair! You get launched straight 150 ft in 2 seconds. It was so awesome! Have any of you rode a ride like this? If so what did you think? Thats me on the ride Sorry it is so blury I dont know why it turned out like that. Thats the ride!

I was just wondering if anyone in here has ever made any model roller coasters, or thrill rides out of K'nex? If so post some pictures of them, and explain them ! Well my first is a skycoaster! I built it after my first sky coaster ride and its 6ft tall and motorized Thats the seats, because I couldnt figure out how to make it just the people, There's the front view. Thats the side view! The people almost at the top!

OMG I had a "OMFG IM GOING TO DIE" moment on X-Scream when the thing droped like 10 ft after we shot down, and I thought it was not sopose to drop. Yes I really thought it had broke and I was about to fall 1000+ feet to my death. So yeah I have had a "OMFG IM GOING TO DIE" moment on a ride

Yes it is sopose to drop an extra 10 feet, but It is still scary, I have rode Kingda Ka, Slingshot, Sky coasters, Bungee Jumped, and alot of other scary things, but there is something about that, that I find so scarry, and its not the heights.

OMG I went to Las Vegas this weekend, and rode the ride "X-Scream" at the top of the stratosphere and was about to die. I sat in the very front...bad mistake... We went shooting towards the end and I just knew I was about to die. We went up and rolled back then went forwards again, and it was not as scary the second time, but then it just droped like ten feet. Ten feet may not sound like that much but when you are 1,000 ft up in the air it is like a mile. I just knew the ride had broke when it droped like that. I never did ride "Insanity" but thats just because it took all I had to stand up after I got off that ride. Did anyone else feel like they were going to die, and couldnt walk after they rode it?
