I think its funny how some rides people bitched about so much when they were open.. But as soon as they get removed they become legends... Now I never got to ride DF (but I did see it SBNO.. My sister got i t:) It looked cool and all.. But still it seemed like everyone HATED it.. But now that its gone it became famous/infamous. Same kinda thing happened with Shockwave at Great America.. Seems all I heard about it were bad things.. yet as soon as it went everyone got all "I LOVE SHOCKWAVE!! !!!!" And even to a lesser it happened with Orient Express at WOF.. open - "blahblah it sucks.." but gone - "I MISS IT!!!" Canobie "Never rode an Arrow I hated" Fan

Yeah... The best part of it was.. I found it in an area of the park thats kinda closed off now.. Closed because it was a teen hangout where people would smoke.. I guess only having it kinda closed.. Only kinda stopped the problem...

So my long time coaster friend Medusa1861 got around to getting to SFNE over the weekend. .So I went down to meet up with him as I hadnt been to a park with him in a few years... I also had a "bring a friend free" pass that I used on my "non coaster riding" friend... Anyways.. photos... Bye pizzahut!! (The End) Mmmm...Pizza Mmm....healthy So yeah... Someone Medusa got all 9 SFNE credits and my friend Rob rode 4... After sfne we went to Pizzahut. And one last SFNE photo.... Damn.... I hadnt waited (or even see) a line this long for it in 8+ years yay.... coaster photo... Yeah.. So because Medusa needed his SLC credit... we waited in line over an hour for it.. Holycrap! Cyclone had a big line.. And was only running 1 train And this is why the park was packed today.... HOLYCRAP!... Flashback with a line?! Credit whore! (And we had to wait in a 10min line for it!!) Rob takes a spin on Bench the Ride... (Remember when bench jokes got old in 2001?) Medusa1861 is all "omfg credits" Rob.. having just rode Catwomen felt daring and wanted to try a woodie.... (His 3rd coaster ever) Thunderbolt is all... "Paint me PLZ" Better than Millennium Force..... Uh.. Isnt this for a kiddie ride? HEY HEY SFNO! lol.. the bats have been fix'd (see my opening day TR for the upside down photo..) Vekoma goodness Smoking garden is still doing good. Chaos-Restrooms "Look at it!...Just.. Look at it!" LMFAO! Yes.. Thats a home-made BONG just laying on the ground at Six Flags.... Splashwater is still fun as hell... lots of spin but not much wet Random marching band? I guess Canobie can say "Home to New Englands only OPEN Frisbee...." This photo is for that one guy... Hey its that other Panda thing... I did both Vidampark and Prater back in 2004 on my own. Vidampark had like 5 people at it when I went so none of my photos show rides going.. But as a park it was really nice. Prater kicked-ass... But I ended up spending A LOT of money at it.. As its more like a fair.. Where you pay for each ride. But it has so many cool flats and a real one of a kind feel.. totally different feel from what you would get at Vidam As for the Czech Republic park.. I walked around and looked for it.. But wasnt able to find it (I guess I just got lucky walking to Prater and Vidam) and btw Praters volare is only different in where it as its lifthill.. the rest of the ride is the same. Why cant you go to GAdv.. and Dorney? Dorney isnt even 2 hours away from GAdv.. Anyways I think I would pick Gadv just because I love Medusa and El Toro... I kinda hate Dorney but I like Talon... Hershey is cool but everything they have but Storm Runner is on the tame/family side.

I'd just like to say Sylvan Beach kicks asṣ... I had such a fun time at the place back in 2005.

Despite the user name.. I dont think I am a Canobie "fanboy" as I do say a lot of bad things about the park when its needed to be said. Also I tend to go to SFNE way more times a year because I haver a seasonpass.. Where as Canobie doesnt have one. I have had days from hell at Canobie.. Where lines were crazy long.. So long I just gave up and went home... But I have also had days where the park had like 50 people in it.. And I could reride cannonball in the front row without getting up.

It wasnt on the brake run. Most togo coasters (and coasters in asia have walkways with handrails around the full ride. Not just lifts and brakes.

Where did it go? Who cares.. WORST BOOSTER EVER! I have been on ferris wheels more thrilling than that POS Fabbri ride. ScreamScape had some info on it a few months ago. I think they said one would go down the street to South Pier

Well... just a few miles north of DC is SFA.... Or about an hours south is KD..,. and BGE a bit more south. And Gadv is only an hour or so from NYC.. Also Rye Playland and the Coney stuff (both Coney and Rye are on NYCs bus/subway lines)

Only 880 feet? I layed down on the glass floor on the CN tower! And thats over 1000 feet up lol and I also got the "on floor" photo!

^Well that one doesn't! Nice photos Dave. That Shuttle Loop has certinaly seen better days. You are right. Its layout its layout is a bit different but it still has a clone. There is a SLC in China (also vekoma that uses that same layout. The rolls after the sidewinder element go off a different way from the stnd. SLC. so the ending is different. RCDB has photos of the china one.. But im to lazy to find it right now.
