Blue0ctane Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 So, today was the last day of 7th grade for me. PARTAAAAAY! And here is one of my best friends, Ian, waiting outside of the band room at about 8:30 in the morning. We were bored. That is his trademark smile. Ian, aka The Spaz, with his twin brother Eric. Let's say hi to a good friend Andres the Hindu! Of course, he's actually Dominican, but my friends and I ridicule him every day about being Hindu. Meet Rachel. She's psycho. See? Anyway, we are in third period Language Arts right now (no second period pictures because it was our final exam...I got an 83). I will have the teacher next year (she teaches 7th and 8th), and she's a good teacher. Woohoo! A friend Eric. I call him Peltzy. And a friend Diana, who we call Chewka (it's a play-on of her last name, Ciuca). "Yes Rachel, it's called a camera..." Diana is camera-obsessed. Wow Chewka, you've made the same expression in three pictures. What a great example of America's need to succeed! I HATE YOU! Ian stands in front of a famous drawer. While trying to teach the class about foreshadowing, our awesome teacher told me to open the drawer and then exclaimed "OH MY GOD THERE'S A KNIFE IN THE DRAWER!" Stuart's face is just downright creepy. Zack Needell. I went to his end-of-school party with Ian, Eric (Ian's twin brother), and Mike (no picture). Ian told me to take this picture just to get a shot of the people totally lezzing out behind him... It's 4th period science, and we're not in our science class; we're in some random classroom because our AWESOME science teacher, Mr. Kendall, had an important phone call and didn't want background noise. The girl to my left was crying because he might be teaching in Colorado next year. And finally, that is me you're seeing. Chewka gives her "eyes-only" expression as Peltzy butts his fat head in. It's Kris, the token black guy! He's playing Camps, a card game that I kick ass at. Me and Peltzy had the best signal EVER; I put my arm around Chewka, who was sitting right next to me. She, of course, freaked out, because she thinks that I like her (I don't), distracting her and Rachel (her partner) and giving us sufficient time to call Camps. Yay. This is Jon. He's throwin' up some gangsta signs. WATCH YO BACK! We're in 5th period now...just two more hours to survive! "Rachel, I didn't know you swung that way!" By the way, the Asian girl is Joi. I couldn't get any pictures in 6th period (gym), but here we are in Ian's car...driving Zack to his own party. Overall, it was an awesome day, and of course, chicks were lining up to hug me because for most of them, it's the last day they're going to see me until August. And hey, hugs are as far as anyone gets at my school. :-/
mike541x Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 Cool! Have fun in 8th grade next year. I'm going to high school next year.
phazan Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 Why is it that EVERY 13-aged girl makes the SAME EXACT face when they get their picture taken?? Have fun in 8th grade!
Luxo Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 You guys are...tiny. I'm glad to see there is at least one middle school class free of ethnic stereotyping.
Blue0ctane Posted June 1, 2006 Author Posted June 1, 2006 Because 13ish girls don't have brains. And Luxo, yeah, I'm 5'9". I think I'm the tallest in gifted 7th grade. Ian is 4'10".
trustkill22 Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 WTF! Your school ends early. Oh wait, I live in Canada and we start school on like the second week of September and end actually in 2 weeks. Then exams on the week of the 25th. Then I failed Civics so I got summer school for 10 days from July 4th-14th so I sord of don't want school to end. I never used to be pumped for the last day of school until when we had a party and it always got out of hand. (no parents = well lets just say brown bottles.
Blue0ctane Posted June 1, 2006 Author Posted June 1, 2006 Nice. Our school may END early, but it starts in the middle of flippin' August.
socalMAN123 Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 Ian is 4'10". What? You are saying that I am taller than a freakin seventh grader?! YEAH!!!!!!!! ---Brent
Blazen_AZN Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 ^My best freind is 4'9, and he's on his way to highschool in a few months. Oh, how i torment him...
What Now Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 In middle school and even in high school I had a teacher who was 4' 9".
St.LouisBOI Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 ^ Haha, I thought that was weird too. Every girl is also wearing a polo.
Homer Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 No offense, but thats a sucky last day of school for a 7th grader... At least my last day involved either a trip to BGT or IOA every year or so until high school.
Blue0ctane Posted June 1, 2006 Author Posted June 1, 2006 Yeah, the seventh graders at this cheap-ass public school don't get ANY field trips unless they're in band. But next year, we go to Magic Kingdom (puke, but it's better than nothing), and gifted goes to BOSTON! HELL YEAH!
coasterguy618 Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 I am going into 8th grade too. I get out June 9th, and go back after Labor Day.
mb425 Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 DIE! lol j/k. I don't get out until June 8th and have to go back August 23rd! Not looking forward to next year as our hours are going to 7:25 AM to 2:40 PM, plus my school is adding another lunch period that starts at 10 AM!
trustkill22 Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 ^^^Do majority schools in Ohio go back in the same time as you in August??? Just be cause im going to Cedar Point on like Aug 24/25
mb425 Posted June 2, 2006 Posted June 2, 2006 ^^ Most schools don't go back until after labor day (at least, that's what I ALWAYS hear from my friends in other districts).
