Three Posted March 22, 2005 Posted March 22, 2005 ...during an earthquake? I'm a Florida boy, so I have absolutely zero experiences with earthquakes, on the ground or otherwise. So I'm curious. For some reason.
Angry_Gumball Posted March 22, 2005 Posted March 22, 2005 Ride a vekoma for an earthquake simulation on a coaster. Otherwise, haven't experienced an earthquake on a coaster luckily although Grizzly @ PGA felt like it was ready to topple over.

Real Posted March 22, 2005 Posted March 22, 2005 Hmm, the boomerang I was on wasnt bad at all. I also hear the Vekoma woodies are very smooth and their newest ride, Booster Bike, is completely heartlined.
FlyingScooter Posted March 23, 2005 Posted March 23, 2005 I wonder... if you were on a Vekoma, and there was an earthquake, would the two negatives equal a positive thus giving it a smoother ride? personally, I don't think you could feel an earthquake on a Vekoma or Arrow.

When I exited the ride, I saw a more-developed waterspout, maybe a couple of miles off the Cedar Point shores! Thankfully, it never reached land...

It is an excellent way to vibrate, shake and pound all the kinks and knots out of your back and shoulders. I would not advise riding it if your back is in good shape though...lest yours shall end up like mine.
