I got my tickets in the mail today for the first two rounds at The Palace of Auburn Hills, if I can snag a camera from someone I will post some pics from the games.

Well Hampton didn't come through for me putting me at 0-1 so far for the tourney... I don't know what else to say.. I'm so excited for tomorrow.

Utah State is a great shooting team-I wouldn't put it past them to beat Washington. So far, my picks of WI-Milwaukee and Wichita State (my surprise Sweet 16 team) held up. This Pacific/BC game is fantastic!

UAB has played the 'upset' card the last 2 years, and while a 9 over and 8 doesn't really constitute an upset I think they'll win anyway.

Marquette is the only team in my office pool that hurts me as I had them in the Elite 8. I was very impressed with them during the season but I guess they peaked too early.

 

Syracuse ran out of gas. I expected this Saturday night in the BET championship but they still had enough left at that point. Seton Hall was slumping and probably didn't deserve the bid over Cincy.

 

Expect a big day from the Big East today after an awful showing Thursday. I think Pitt will win a squeaker. That would be fine with me due to several health/injury concerns. Plus they'll need a peak performance again on Sunday (like the Villanova game) for Kansas. A Pitt-KU game would be an unfortunate underseeding situation because somebody will lose that game before the round of 16.

How bout that Albany team! They stuck with the Huskies for the longest time, tis a shame they fell short when it counted. MSU losing, I was not a fan of. Neither were the losses of Kansas and Kentucky (Kansas was in the final four of three ESPN bigwigs). UNC pulled off an unnecessarily close game against Murray State. If they decide to play and Tyler gets some help from his teammates, then they can take George Mason, no problem, as well as the Volunteers from Tennessee (assuming they beat the Wichita State Shockers) and take it to the Elite Eight. From there, its a tossup as to making it to the Final Four. I believe though!
