Wes Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 ^ Do these people who tell you that live under your dresser and tell you to burn things? wes (seriously, PERILOUS PLUNGE NEVER RUNS DRY)
benzo41190 Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 HOW DID YOU KNOW ABOUT MY SPECIAL PEOPLE! I used to have dreams about little people jumping on my bed and poking me and pulling at me until I will wake up.
YoshiFan Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 I would like to see parks offer the option of a covered splash boat. Like if they have 3 boats running, maybe run 2 without covers and 1 with a cover. That way on days you don't want to get soaking wet or when it is too cold out to get that wet, you can still go on the ride and enjoy the drop.
benzo41190 Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Yeah but what would the point of it be? I mean you go down and thats it. The people would already have to wait in a huge line anyway so why would they want to wait for a ride that they arent getting wet on?

A water ride's main purpose is to get you wet, if you want a good drop, go ride a coaster.
Musical Pete Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Meh, the covered splash boat seems to make sense to me. What I want to know, is the point of THIS ride: LOL! BPB had one just like that, but it closed a little while ago - 1933. The HSE people would have heart attacks over here over the ride now, especially if operated like THAT!
waterviper Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 They made the covered boats because they can and they did!! Weather its pointless to you, they dont care! They built it, they like it, therefor they ride it!! Not to mention its Japan!! They do things a bit differently, but it doesn't mean it's wrong or pointless! I for one would ride it and I for one would enjoy it. Why? Because its different!!! I enjoy the fact that different cultures build rides differently!
KrAzY4c0ast3rs Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 Covered splash boats? What is the world comming to . . .
RRollergod Posted December 30, 2005 Author Posted December 30, 2005 ^^true y are japaniese people hate water i mean they live around the stuff they can't get rid of it so why don't you just go and cover there rides do they don't get wet True, why do Japanese people hate water? They live around the stuff, they can't get of it, so why do they just go and cover their rides? Do they not like to get wet? Please try to post more legibly. DATman Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 I wouldn't mind if they covered Perilous Plunge for the off-season!
Wes Posted December 30, 2005 Posted December 30, 2005 ^ I wouldn't mind if they covered it year round! wes (likes the drop, not the wet)
benzo41190 Posted December 31, 2005 Posted December 31, 2005 I really think that they should run PP dry in the off season
