benzo41190
This morning I measured myself (not that way) and I noticed that I am 6' 3". Then I noticed that V2 and De Ja Vu has a height limit. Is anyone over 6' 3" and if they are, have you been able to get on these rides? I hope that I cant go on half the coasters that are out there because of my height. CoasterFanatic
At 6'3" there are only 2 rides that you are in fear of missing out on (besides kiddie coasters of course): Vekoma Jr Inverteds Chance Revolution
tngdiablo
Arrow Mine Trains will also probably be tough to get into. I can say for certain that the Runaway Mine Train at GAdv will not accomodate someone of your stature.
Erik Johnson
I believe that 6'3" is the maximum height for a Vekoma Inverted coaster. I was able to go on the Runaway Repta coaster at Carowinds last summer....but It was a close call. I almost was unable to earn this credit. Rollerholden
My dad and I are both 6' 3" and when we rode Deja Vu at SFMM they measured him but not me, we were able to ride but it was quite tight.
benzo41190
And the bad thing is, I am still growing and I might hit 6' 4". Also, do you think there is a slight possibility of getting on DejaVu over 6' 3". I mean do they even check....
the_rock401
I'm 6'4" and enough change to get a cup of coffee, and the only thing I've been denied boarding on was the Riptide at KBF, believe it or not. Mind you, this was the third time of the day I'd gone on it, and the previous 2 were problem-free. I'm very close on Xcel and Steel Venom, and have to sit in the front row on Viper, Boomerang, and Corkscrew. If you ever get to be 6'4" or above, just wear thin shoes and try to slouch down a little, or something, to look shorter. I am 6'2" and am expected to be 6'4" by the time I stop growing. Paul
You wouldn't be able to ride any of the Superman: Ride of Steel coasters. They have a limit of 6' 2".
benzo41190
No!!!! Are you serious I have only been on the one at SFNE and the other ones look so cool There goes credits I will never get.
tinkerbell
I know V2 has a height restriction but I think it's 6'5, so that probably wouldn't be a problem.
Paul
^^Yes, the limit was changed from 6' 4" to 6' 2" after the guy fell out of the SFNE version.
Rollerholden
Omg I want to ride those Supermans so bad!! Maybe I'll just have to slouch if I ever get there.
benzo41190
I thought the guy fell out because he was overweight? But I guess with those leg things it would probaly be very uncomfortable anyway? They should make overweight seats, average seats, and tall people seats. Rollerholden
They should make overweight seats, average seats, and tall people seats. Glad someone else agrees!! I mean come on, lots of people are as tall as us.. 6' 3" and such, some people taller. It's pretty ridiculous to have a height restriction anywhere near 6' 2". V2-dude
Seeing that the trains have stadium style seating, I don't see why tall people can't sit in the lower seats. I heard Millenium Force had a 6'2" too. Edit: Due to rider restraint system requirements, guests of exceptional size may not be accommodated on some of our rides. This may apply, but not be limited to, males who exceed 6'2", and those who exceed 225 pounds, have a 40" waistline or 52" chest or females who exceed 200 pounds or wear size 18 or larger. Each person has different body proportions, so it is impossible to determine exact size and weight.
