AznShortBoi8021 Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 My top five favorite rides: 5. Chaos rides 4. Anything was works like or is a Huss Giant Frisbee 3. No launched freefall ride can beat those made by S&S. Scream! at SFNE was a blast 2. Zipper rides 1. Any swinging ship type of ride that goes upside down. Ring of Fire rides included I rode Ranger at SFDL 18 times last year. I also spent 24 bucks riding the Sky Master at the Topsfield Fair in Topsfield, MA last month. Nothing beats the feeling of being stuck face down for 10 seconds and feel like being stuck unside down for 10 seconds while the ride operators below collect all the money that falls out of your pocket.
pvcoasterguy Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 There are quite a few that I enjoy: Chance Falling Star, Schwarzkopf Enterprise, Huss Top Spin, Huss Frisbee, Huss Trioka, Chance Swing-Around, and at Adventureland, there is a mini version of the suspended frisbees, which is amazing.
RCoasterny Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Huss Breakdances, Magic, Flipper, and Condor, Mack Calyspo, and Flyers. Want to ride: a Huss Flic Flac and Huss Booster
Cerberus Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 Want to ride: a Huss Flic Flac and Huss Booster Everyone keeps raving about the Boosters and making me want to find one SOOO badly. What is so good about them (A question aimed at the lucky few riders, of course)? They look similar to those more common Crazy Shake rides in movement, but are apparently ten times better? I think they look a little odd personally. The punched metal sheet floors on the cars look like an afterthought. Much different to the usually solid block and panel style of other Huss attractions. MARK Posted November 14, 2005 Posted November 14, 2005 I love the travelling show's The Claw, but I think it might be called the Spin Out in America.
smells_like_team_disney Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 My favorite flat no longer exists in its former state. As much as I enjoy a good scrambler, I LOVED when the Knott's scrambler was enclosed and themed to being under the sea. Whirlpool was a simple, yet awesome ride, and it seemed so much faster and out of control inside with blues and greens flashing all over. And who could forget that cheesy dance music during the ride (Dragnet by Art of Noise).
DATman Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 ^the scrambler at Seabreeze is like that, except not under the sea themed
krouvi Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 My ride is the Flying Carpet. This is pure air time.
lapseofreason Posted November 15, 2005 Posted November 15, 2005 INVERTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hands down.
