Hey everybody!

Yesterday I decided to visit the Magic Kingdom because I had nothing else to do. Disneyland was packed to the max, but California Adventure was a ghost town.

We started our day off at DCA. Hoping that California Screamin would be open, we headed back to Paradise Pier. It wasn't oepn, but they were testing trains! We walked down the boardwalk and saw that the line for the Sun Wheel was nothing. So we got on a swinging gondala and had a good time. Up next was the Maliboomer. Great ride because I actually got a side where I could see the park, not the hotels or the freeway. We walked over to Orange Stinger and got on. When we got off, we both decided that we were starving, so we headed over to Fish and Chips by California Screamin and ate. After our delicious lunch of fried chicken, we walked all the way around to Mullholland Madness. 35 minute wait? Not worth it, lets do single rider ! After Mullholland, it was time to head over to Condor Flats to check out Soarin. We already knew that the line was going to be ages long, so we grabbed a single rider pass and headed in. We both hadn't been on it forever, so that's mainly the reason we rode. Now it was time to hop on over to DL for some HUGE crowds (when I mean huge crowds, I mean 15 minute lines for winnie the Pooh). So when we arrived in the park, we immeadiatly headed over to Haunted Mansion Holiday. The line was an hour, lets get the Fastpasses that are for 30 minutes from now. We walked over to Splash Mountain for some single rider goodness. Great ride, I love Song of the South. When we exited Splash, we had 15 minutes to burn, so I said "Lets go ride Winnie the Pooh". Unbeknownce to us, the line was 15 minutes long. It was time for our Haunted Mansion Holiday Fastpasses, so we headed on over there. Personally, I think that Haunted Mansion Holiday is better than the regular Haunted Mansion. When we got off, we decided that the park was packed so we should hit the road back over to DCA. On the way out of DL, we went in The First 50 Magical Years exhibit on Main Street. Honestly, I thought it was pretty good. I'm starting to get bored of this right now, so I'm just going to list the rides we went on next.

Tower of Terror

Mission Tortilla Factory

Maliboomer

Mullholland Madness

Yeah, so all in all, yesterday was pretty good and very fun. If you ever come down to DLR, PM me and I'll see if I can come (I make a great tour guide).

LOL...best part "it was so crowded Pooh had a 15 minute line"...

I always thought that was so funny, that ride NEVER has a line!

I would have had the fish n chips.

I really do miss going to one of three parks whenever i felt like it.

Now i have Six Flags Under Water.

 15 minutes for Pooh?! I don't think I've seen Pooh with a line ever, except for at Christmas when everything has a line.... I also thought Haunted Mansion Holiday was better than regular Haunted Mansion, which was weird for me since I don't really like Nightmare Before Christmas stuff. :?

Anyway good TR!

Surprising to hear that Pooh never has a line. In WDW, it seems like the line is always 45+ minutes (unless you get there early when the park opens). I have even seen it get over 100 minutes at Christmas. Maybe it's not as popular in DL because it's not in Fantasyland?

I must say that I'm starting to get a little concerned that the crowds at Disneyland are still so huge...

When I was there from the 17th of Oct last year the place was DEAD (like 2 min standby for Indy), thats only a week away and the place is still busy.

I'll be there from the 1st of Nov and hoping for some of that zero crowd awesomeness...

I used to go to DL every weekend when I used to live in SD and we would go in Nov and Dec JUST to be able to "have the park to ourselves" because NOBODY goes after halloween. Plus if you go in mid Dec you get all the christmas theming and experiances without the crowds

i just got back from there about a week ago and it was REALLY crowded too. to get into disneyland the line was backed up all the way to the california letters.

did you go on the new space mountain? it is worth the hour wait!

Just to answer some peoples questions:

YoshiFan: I think it actually might be a problem that Pooh isn't in Fantasyland. I mean, I kinda see Pooh fitting in Critter Country, but it's more of a Fantasyland thing. And a question for you, doest the WDW Small World ever have a line?

djrappa: Want to meet up at DLR? I can probably go, just have to bring my friend with me.

phazan: Yes, I have been on the new Space Mountain, several times as a matter of fact. I really enjoy it and I can't wait for Rockit Mountain to start.

Antonio: I live 15 minutes away from DLR.

Thanks for the comments everybody! If you're going to DLR anytime soon, PM me and I'll see if I can join you!
