1pizza14
Did you manage to get a ride on Toy Story Mania? Great report. Rock N Roller is my #3 top coaster which is weird I know but I just love it!
XYZ
Hollywood Studios is always known as the "4th park" as it's the smallest, but I think this is the most underrated amusement park in Central Florida as it really is a nice park with a good selection of rides. GriffyTiffy
Thanks for the replies everyone! You're awesome!  1pizza14: Yes, I thankfully did. On the first day, I rode it after waiting in the regular queue for over an hour. Still a fun ride though! Luckily, I rode it the second day with help from the awesome Fast Pass  Keep those replies coming eveyone! Woo!
johnychen
Great report. Thanks for the trip report. Seeing all of those pictures makes me want to make another trip to WDW.
Werner
The Studios was always a good way to wake up on my only visit to WDW/Orlando in 2009... Â Great photo's!
GriffyTiffy
Thanks again everyone for your replies!  I know I promised the next report would be part 2 of my Hollywood Studios photos, but I figured X Flight pictures were a bit more important  So lets take a look at X Flight, and some other changes from 2012 at Six Flags Great America! The Go Karts got a new station this year. Combined with the new coaster as a backdrop, the area looks quite a bit nicer. Iron Wolf's replacement sucks just as bad Now back to X Flight. It looks awesome. Eagle provides a nice backdrop. The ride is very twisty. This will be a signature shot once it opens, I'm sure! The drop is HUGE. Another new thing for this year is the Whizzer! Well, the sign got painted. Looks good! East River Crawler was temporarily removed for the season, and replaced with an old ride from Bugs Bunny National Park. Looks out of place. The Antique Cars are still here. Now time for a bombardment of X Flight testing photos! The ride is VERY quiet. There are so many angles to view the ride, since it is so close to the midway. LOTS of mist shoots out from here. Signature shot! This will be my view in 6 days! Turned out blurry, but I still think it looks cool. My favorite picture from the day. Enjoy your last days as the most popular ride in the park, Bull. Alright, thats all for now. Tell me what you think of the photos! Thanks for reading! We will return to our regularly scheduled Hollywood Studios report shortly!

Chris Benvenuto
I'll hopefully be taking in some of those views of the park and X-Flight this summer. It's been awhile since I've last visited Great America and I think it's time for another visit this year. It's been almost ten years since I last visited and I think it's been long overdue, can't wait!
GriffyTiffy
Alright, now it's time for part 2 of the Hollywood Studios report! I don't really have much to say, so we'll just jump right into the report! It's morning at the Studios! I wonder what ride I'm going on first.... I don't feel like walking down that way. I have an irrational fear of hats. Go? Go where? I think I'll go down this way... (That pun was TOTALLY not intended) I really like this ride. The waits, notsomuch This ride, however, didn't have a wait over 20 minutes during my visit! Sweet! Trees, through the hole! This is why I am afraid of hats. You never know when they start to glow/shoot lightning/eat people This park is so pretty. Bye Hollywood Studios! Now where do I go? Epcot! Yay! Stop. Report's over. Time to leave. Leave a comment, that is! Thanks for reading! Next up... City Museum! Yay!
-Edge of Beast-
Again, nice photos Griffin! Hollywood Studios definitely seems to be one of the best Walt Disney World resorts.
Jerrykoala2112
I have yet to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios, but they have some amazing rides (Tower of Terror, Rock n Rollercoaster, etc) and I really have to visit soon. It reminds me a lot of Universal Studios how the pathways are set up like an actual road, it's really nice! Â PS. The Epcot Ball is so photogenic
GriffyTiffy
Alright guys, next up in the list of adventures is the St. Louis City Museum! Â This was the first day of a 3 day St. Louis trip back in April. I went with my dad, Nathan (kumba830), Jo (Jojo19799) Jon (deathbydinn), his mom, Cameron (Cameron), and his friend Jesse. Â Take a look at this place! Any place with dragons in the parking lot is cool in my book! Buses on the roof are just a bonus. This face is required when entering the museum. Then you get the gold star, and you're in! Boob credit! Nathan then cut off his leg. yay! High five for loss of limbs! Whoops, sorry, avert your eyes children! Big Brother is watching. I probably shouldn't have posted the photo of the peep show.... Randomness Meanwhile, in a ball pit.... Just to make sure we don't have TOO many drunk people roaming the area, they keep a chain on the fridge. The confusion of the place will get you drunk enough. Somehow. Whale. The new treehouse area features this. I don't remember what it is. But it looks like this. I'll just bring this to a close with this organ. Thanks for looking! Up next is Coasting for Kids! -Edge of Beast-
Oh City Museum. The most jacked up place on this planet. To add on to that, it seems they add something new every time I visit! Â Â Great trip report again, Griffin.

GriffyTiffy
Sorry Jo! I fixed it  Alright, now it's time for my take on Coasting for Kids at Michigan's Adventure!  When I first heard about this years event in March, I knew I had to participate. You can't think of a more fun charity event for a coaster enthusiast to partake in! Even though Thunderhawk was not the most butter smooth coaster to ride, I could not have had a more fun time. The park staff was enthusiastic and helpful, the food was good (chicken nuggets<3), and yoiu really can't go wrong with Shivering Timbers! Let's take a look.... Looks like we're in the right place! Pretend the music from Vacation when the Griswolds pull up to Walley World is playing. That's what it feels like when you pull up to see Shivering Timbers. It's pretty big. This is what roller coasters should look like. The day before the event, we went to the park so Nathan could ride all the coasters. This led to a sweet front row Big Dipper ride. We're cool. We were then promptly screwed. Now it's marathon time! First ride was Thunderhawk! About 10 rides in, we were still full of excitement! Well, at least I was yay! Then it was time for ST. After this, there were no more photos, so I'll just end it here. I would like to thank EVERYONE involved with this event and Give Kids the World for putting this on. I had a fantastic time, and hope to do it again next year. Thanks for reading! Edited July 4, 2012 by GriffyTiffy
-Edge of Beast-
I feel like Michigan's Adventure is the awkward/weird park out of the bunch. Ah well, it still looks pretty fun! Spectacular trip report like always.
GriffyTiffy
That's totally true! It doesn't have many things other parks do, like shows and more than one indoor restaurant.
cfc
You have my congratulations for surviving multiple rides on an SLC--probably the toughest go of it anyone in Coasting for Kids had on that day.
