Home fries are pretty good, but I must say, I'm a bigger fan of hashbrowns. I'm talkin' about straight up hashbrowns though. None of that McDonald's hashbrown cake crap.

If I'm correct. the difference between hash brown and home fries, is the has brown is a compressed cake version of home fries. and home fries is the hash brown, just loose. I think that's what it is since I work in a supermarket and I should know these kind of things
