themeparkman25
I think every single park submitted, going to be submitted and ever dreamed has an Impulse in it. Regardless, it looks great, Eric.
ericmichaellucas
^Thanks. Kali's development was kinda hard for me as it was my first "real" attempt at an impulse.
Cyber.Fiber
I have yet to do an update myself, in fact, I have yet to start my park... I think that I may do that tonight... LOL Expect an update soon!
Six Flags Enthuseast
Stoksy, can we build a 'recreation' if it doesn't have the same name/theme as that of the actual thing? (I.E. a Vekoma GIB not named Deja Vu) Also, can we use RCT2 predesigned coasters?
Thelegendarymatthew
EDIT, response to SFE Yeah, I'm wondering too. I will use boomerangs, skyloops, eurofighters, and other compact coasters as fillers. If I cant use these, then I'm out. I have something planned for this contest, but progress screens wont be out until December. I will tell you though, that I'm going to be trying out a bunch of new ideas in this park. Also, anyone can use these ideas if they like. EDIT: I think I'm going to make the theme of the park something that hasn't been done. This could be anything from a Pillow themed park to a Coaster themed park. Think about it, Coaster:The Ride If I can think of anything by tomorow night, I'll just go with a tropical island theme. -Matt "bacon themed park?" K. BelgianGuy
One thing that bothers me about this contest is that it gives the impression a regular non-theme like generic isn't as good as a specific theme, I beg to differ because a generic theme is way harder to pull of nicely than any other theme. Thelegendarymatthew
I think I got something, I'm going to show this one screen and that it. ^Inspired by Colossus. -Matt
Stoksy
^^I understand that. However, sometimes it helps if you extend your park building skills beyond generic, even though it may be hard to perfect, it is still something you can see in everday life. Were looking for parks that would be built in the Amazon, or in Egypt, not in a major city or town. Pre-made coasters can ONLY be built as fillers, and won't go towards your overall score. Thelegendarymatthew
Another question. If I have a coaster like a wild mouse, or an euro fighter. Can I have more than 3 trains?
Stoksy
^No. I'd love to say yes, but I think I've already bent the rules enough. Sorry.
Thelegendarymatthew
^Well I guess I'll take a few points off, because I want a few rides that have more than 3 cars, due to size.

BelgianGuy
Sorry Xizor but you need landscaping and better foliage, the layout looks so-so if you want to go for a realistic style, and like stoksy said make some custom supports

themeparkman25
He won "The Most Beautiful Park in the Country" award Belgian, he must have some themeing and landscaping haha. Unfortunately I don't see myself finishing my park. Between my Manta model, and my recent pregnant craving for NL, there just aren't enough hours in the day. BelgianGuy
Loks pretty good xizor bit the red patk is an eyesore TBH, maybe try a more earthly tone for your paths, they aren't the main focus of a park.

Reon
Yeah.... If you hadn't already guessed it, I'm kind of gonna drop out. I was too busy with my unpredictedly huge work load at school, and by the time I got out I had little to no time to get to work on anything near impressive enough to submit. I had this awesome idea for a wild west park featuring a massive wooden dueler, an interactive dark ride, and other stuff, but no time to make it unless I wasted to bs the park
