Hattuchili
^Hey Wally, if you are sometime in Germany I´ll give you a whole crate of it! --Sören
PhishyBrewer
^After I typed up that reply, I did a little thinking... I need to get to Europe. My father tells me I still have family in Germany. And I would love to go around tasting beer and wine in Belgium and France. A couple stops at some parks wouldn't hurt either. Want to try some of those self operated rides. I'll let you know if I make any plans. It won't be until next year though. Wally "I'm looking into it seriously" Weiss
CoasterFanatic
I love the obvious Rolling Rock. Normally I don't like darker beers, but anyone from PA knows Primanti Brothers. I love their dark beer. Other then that rock green light, or mich ultra....i'm a plain girl! Primanti Dark = Augustiner Dark (Pittsburgh Brewing) That is probably my favorite cheap beer. the_rock401
From a perspective of a thirsty and broke college student, I really can't afford much of the microbrews that are mentioned in this thread. So, I will do the best I can with what I got... 3. MILLER GENUINE DRAFT. Since my last name is Miller, it is Miller Time. 2. COORS LIGHT. Not bad once the taste buds are toast. 1. GRAIN BELT PREMIUM. Brewed in New Ulm, MN, has beome the Midwest's college beer because of A) it's availability and B) it's relative inexpensiveness. Paul "Cheers!" thunder001
Ok, will take you all on a spin with the Aussie Beers.... 1 is the great Queensland beer...XXXX (4 X) 2 would be Carlton Cold 3 is Tassie beer "Cascade" Very nice drop all round. There are so many different beers here in Oz that it takes a while to try them all....still worth trying to fit them all in. The number 1 in my eyes. Number 2 in the list. Very Nice Drop indeed. redunzelizer
Don't drink very much lately and usualy prefer a glass of white wine. Just in case having a tasty beer i'd prefer these: http://www.murauerbier.at/ (Warning! The website's intro is quite the opposite ot the beer's actual quality) from time to time a neat "Weizenbier" like this one: http://www.brauerei-weihenstephan.de/ and finaly for the big holidays http://www.goesser.at/ but better see: http://www.goesser.at/www/englisch/index.htm (they have a fantastic "Bock Bier" brewed only around Christmas & Easter time, with ~8% of alc, really tuning your temper...) redn..nuzzz...llnlz....lullll..... dandaman
All right, just as a reassurance, I don't drink beer (I've had a few sips before, as well as a little wine, but never an entire glass). Now, on to my three favorite beers... What? 1. Red Stripe. If anyone has seen the infomercial with "the Ambassador and Jimmy", you'd know why. ) 2. Labatt. Home-brewed, and I kinda like it. (I very rarely have it... seriously! ) 3. Molson, for the same reason. However, I've never had a sip of this stuff, so when I'm a litle older, I'll try it. P.S. As long as we're on the topic of alcohol... My friend's birthday and mine is exactly 1 day apart. So, at midnight of his/my 19th birthday, I'll buy him his first drink.
